【摘要】 目的：通过中医综合方案与西医方案治疗脑卒中后并发呃逆的临床对比研究,评价中医综合方案治疗脑卒中后并发呃逆的有效性。对象和方法：将于2008年7月至2009年12月因脑血管意外收入成都中医药大学附属医院的住院患者进行前瞻性病例对照研究。中医综合治疗组(中风醒脑口服液30ml鼻饲或口服tid,针刺治疗q12h+内科基础治疗)25例,西医对照组(内科基础治疗+氯丙嗪25mg im q12h)25例。疗效判定：呃逆症状积分的增减。对二组病例基线资料进行比较,观察治疗过程中可能的不良反应。利用SPSS15.0软件包对资料进行分析处理。结果：(1)二组病例在性别、年龄、病灶部位、既往病史积分、伴发症状积分、NIHSS积分、格拉斯哥评分(GCS)、呃逆出现的时间及入组前的呃逆症状评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),基线具有可比性；(2)二组病例治疗1天后呃逆症状评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05)；(3)治疗3天时,中医综合方案治疗组在改善呃逆症状评分方面的疗效优于西医治疗方案组(P<0.01)；(4)治疗5天、7天时,中医综合方案组在改善呃逆症状评分方面的疗效优于西医治疗方案组(P<0.01)；(5)二组均未出现严重不良反应。结论：中医综合方案相对于西医治疗方案,在治疗脑卒中后并发呃逆的疗效优于西医治疗组。中医综合方案是一个方便易行,疗效确切的治疗脑卒中后并发呃逆的最佳方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect on hiccups caused by cerebrovascular disease treating with Integration traditional chinese medical method,by contrast of the chlorpromazine way.Methods:Fifty cases of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infraction which treated in july 2008 to december 2009 were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(usual medical treatment adding with traditional zhongfengxingnao oral liquid 30ml orally.three times a day.acupuncturing the acupoints of Meichong、Cuanzhu、Yangbai、Yuyao、Fengchi,twice a day),the contrast group(usual medical treatment adding with chlorpromazine 25mg pro injintram.twice a day).Hiccough symptom scores points were recorded before and after the therapy,and also observed treatment process adverse reactions. Analyzing data by SPSS15.0 packages.Results:Two groups in gender,age,location,medical history scores,symptom scores points, NIHSS,Glasgow scores points (GCS),hiccups occuring time and the group of hiccups symptom scores before threapy have no statistical significance (P>0.05).There is no statistical significance in curative effect of two groups after one days’therapy,There is statistical significance in curative effect of two groups after three days’therapy.The treatment group proved a better therapeutic effect.Conclusion:Compared with the chlorpromazine way,the TCM integration method have a favorable treatment on hiccups after apoplexy,it is worth of populariztion.更多还原
