120吨注塑机蓄能器增速原理研究与实验

【摘要】 高速注塑机主要是体现在注射速率上,提高注射速率不仅能提高生产效率,还能提高制品质量,在现代注塑机的发展中占重要地位。采用蓄能器增速正是设计高速注塑机的一种方法,本文对120吨机型蓄能器增速注塑机液压系统进行了设计开发。第一章绪论中,简要叙述了注塑机原理及典型的液压系统,蓄能器的功用种类及发展状况。在此基础上,论述了本课题的研究背景、研究意义、研究内容。第二章设计蓄能器增速的高速注塑机节流调速原理,详尽分析了伺服阀或比例伺服阀方案、比例阀控方案、比例阀先导控制方案及高速开关阀先导控制方案优点及不足。以比例阀控方案为样机原理,对系统进行了静态设计,选用了蓄能器、比例阀以及其他相关元器件。第三章建立比例阀控的这种高速机系统中泵、蓄能器、PQ阀、插装阀、比例阀、油缸及负载等元器件的数学及AMESim仿真模型,理论分析了系统性能;对系统中出现的启动冲击予以分析并给出了有效的解决办法;对蓄能器控制参数进行了研究。实验证明了系统满足设计要求。第四章对高速开关阀先导控制的方案进行了理论设计,通过理论建模与仿真分析了系统中关键液阻、调制频率、占空比以及结构参数对系统性能的影响。仿真结果表明了系统的可行性,对该系统实物的设计奠定了一定基础。第五章概括了全文的主要研究工作,并展望了今后需要进一步开展的工作。

【Abstract】 High-speed injection molding machine is mainly reflected in the injection speed. High-speed injection molding machine occupies an important position in the development of modern injection machines, which can not only improve the production efficiency, but also can improve the product quality. Use the accumulator is a kind of method to improve the speed of injection molding machine. In this paper,120 tons high-speed injection molding machine useing accumulator will be designed.In chapter 1, In the introduction, the principle and the typical hydraulic system of injection molding machine were briefly discussed, and based on this, displays the research background, the research significance, the research content of this paper.In chapter 2, Design of high-speed growth throttle principle for a injection molding machine using accumulator, a detailed analysis of the servo valve or proportional servo valve program, proportional valve control program, proportional valve pilot control valve solutions and high-speed switching advantages and disadvantages of the pilot control scheme. The system of prototype use the proportional valve program and designed with accumulator, proportional valve and other related components.In chapter 3, Establish proportional valve-control of this high-speed machine system of mathematics and simulation model. Theoretical analysis of the system performance tart appearing on the impact of the system to be analyzed and presented effective solutions of accumulator control parameters were studied. Experiments show that the system meets the design requirements.In chapter 4, For high-speed on-off valves pilot control scheme theory design, Through theoretical modeling and simulation analysis of key fluid resistance of the system, the modulation frequency, duty cycle and the structural parameters on system performance. Simulation results show the feasibility of the system, the design of physical it lays foundation.In chapter 5, all of achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the further research work, which will be done, is put forward.
