特大型高炉全液压开口机钻机的关键技术研究

【摘要】 全液压开口机的主要技术瓶颈是开口机钻机,国内特大型高炉上使用全液压开口机基本是使用进口钻机,虽然其性能比较优越,但价格非常昂贵,维修配件也难以采购,给现场维护工作带来了不便,也给炼铁维修成本造成了很大压力,因此有必要开发出具有自主知识产权的国产化开口机打击装置。本文对比现有开口机的缺陷进行分析,对全液压开口机从原理、设计理论等方面进行分析论述,对关键零部件的尺寸设计进行优化分析,对关键零部件的材质和热处理工艺进行对比分析测试,通过测试达到全液压开口机钻机的最佳性能。本文是对四高炉全液压开口机钻机国产化研究的一份比较全面的总结,同时也是对类似结构的液压凿岩机理论的阐述,介绍了液压凿岩机的性能测试方法,可供厂矿企业、设计部门的有关技术人员参考,也可为相关的研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 The choke point of full-hydraulic tapping machine is the hydraulic drilling machine. The hydraulic drilling machines of domestic large blast-furnace is mostly import from German, although their capability is excellent, but they’ re expensive, and their spare parts are costly. So the study on the key technology of the hydraulic drilling machine of blast-furnace is of great significance.Through contrast the disfigurement of drilling machine, this paper introduced the principle and theory of design of the drilling machine, optimized the configuration and dimension, test the material and heat treatment of the key parts, the best capability was achieved at last.This paper was a summary of scientific research of domestic tapping machine of No.4 blast-furnace, at the same time expound the theory of hydraulic impactor, introduced the testing method of drilling machine. This paper can offer references to those who work in the design department or academe of tapping machine.
