贵州民族学院少数民族学生就业研究

【摘要】 长期以来,我国少数民族地区社会经济发展较为缓慢,科学技术与生产力水平相对于发达地区来说始终处于滞后状态,究其重要原因之一就是人才的匮乏。近几年来,为了解决这一问题,国家及政府加强了对少数民族地区人力资源开发的力度,同时,利用高校扩招之机也为少数民族地区培养了一批又一批高层次的人才。然而,当前出现令人困扰的问题是:许多少数民族地区人才匮乏的问题至今仍未得到令人满意的解决,在这些地区的大学毕业生就业难问题又日益突显。如何解决少数民族地区的人才匮乏以及大学毕业生就业难这二者之间的矛盾,已经成为当前少数民族地区人力资源开发面临的严峻问题,这亟待我们认真地加以研究。本文试对贵州省贵州民族学院少数民族大学生面临的就业困境进行探讨、分析,旨在通过对贵州省少数民族大学毕业生就业困境的分析形成一定的有效经验和价值,为解决少数民族大学生就业难的问题提出可行性的途径。

【Abstract】 In China, the social and economic developments in minority regions have been quite slow for a long time, and the scientific technology and the productivity level are still in the lagging behind condition, contrasting with the developed regions. Talent lacking is the core of the problem. Recently, the Chinese government has intensified the human resources development in minority regions so as to solve this problem. With the help of the increasing number of the college graduates, plenty of knowledgeable people appear. However, the worrying problem is:the talent lacking is still not overcome satisfactorily, another obvious problem is that it’s so hard for the college graduates who come from these regions to find the suitable jobs. How to solve the contradiction between the talent lacking of the minority regions and the graduates’job finding difficulties has become a serious problem which the human resources development in minority regions face at present. It calls for us to treat it carefully.The thesis tries to discuss and analyze the reasons why job finding is rather hard for the ethnic college graduates, who belong to the GuiZhou University for Nationalities. The purposes of doing these are to establish some certain effective experience and value, and to find some practical solutions for the ethnic college graduates who may have the difficulties in job finding.
