【摘要】 本文针对石油开发企业用电能耗高,用电负荷点多面广,用电管理难度大的实际情况,充分利用计算机网络的优势,深入分析了以下几个问题：1、梳理了采油厂用电业务流程,从系统业务建模入手,真正建立起一套支持业务的信息系统。2、确定数据的唯一源点、保证数据的唯一性、准确性、完整性,避免信息孤岛,资源浪费。3、开展6/1OkV配电线路线损电量的计算研究,解决采油厂配电线路线损长期以来理论线损无法计算,因此实际线损难以确定的问题。取得了以下研究成果；1、为采油厂生产经营用电管理技术人员提供一套规范的、满足实际业务需要、符合采油厂管理要求的用电综合管理信息系统。2、为采油厂用电管理人员提供了一套完善的用电管理分析工具。3、规范了采油厂用电管理流程,数据源点确定唯一,一处录入,全厂共享使用。本系统的开发应用使用电信息管理工作从分散化转变为集中化；从粗放化到精细化,使采油厂的用电管理真正步入科学、高效的现代化管理之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis based on the energy consumption difficult situation of the petroleum enterprise, make full use of the advantage of computer network, analyzed the following questions:1, Optimize the production process, constitute the operation model, establish a set of information systems support.2, Ascertain the only source data, to ensure that the data of uniqueness, accuracy, completeness, avoid the waste of resources, information island.3, Study 6/10kV power distribution lines loss and resolve the theoretical calculation of the production calculation distribution circuit transmission line loss, so difficult to determine the actual loss.Obtain the following results:1,Provide a set of standardized and meet the actual business needs, accord with the production management requirements of comprehensive management information system.2,Provide a complete set of perfect management analysis tool for the production manager.3, Standardize production management process, determine the specific data points, one place entry, all Shared use.This system’s development and application make the electric information management from decentralization work to centralized, scientific,modern and effective management.更多还原
