CFRP增强方钢管混凝土轴压中长柱静力性能研究

【摘要】 钢管混凝土结构是由混凝土填入钢管内而形成的一种新型组合结构。由于钢管混凝土结构能够更有效地发挥钢材和混凝土两种材料各自的优点,同时克服了钢管结构容易发生局部屈曲的缺点。近年来,随着理论研究的深入和新施工工艺的产生,工程应用日益广泛。钢管混凝土结构按照截面形式的不同可以分为矩形钢管混凝土结构、圆钢管混凝土结构和多边形钢管混凝土结构等,其中矩形钢管混凝土结构和圆钢管混凝土结构应用较广。CFRP钢管混凝土柱因其不仅继承了普通钢管混凝土承载力高,塑性、韧性好的优点外,还具有良好的耐火、耐腐蚀性,优越的抗震性能,且能有效避免厚壁钢管的使用,在国内外逐渐广泛兴起,无论是在桥梁结构中的桥墩,海洋平台的支承还是在高层建筑结构中的大直径柱中,都有所采用,是发展前景较好的一种新型组合结构形式。为此,参考以往对圆CFRP-钢管混凝土的研究,我们采用在矩(方)形钢管混凝土的外壁包裹CFRP改善其受力性能,使其不仅可以有效延缓钢管的局部屈曲,同时提高钢管混凝土的承载力和耐久性,弥补CFRP管混凝土延性不足的问题。本文从试验研究和理论分析两方面阐述了CFRP增强方钢管混凝土轴压中长柱的力学性能和工作机理,通过其系统参数分析的结果,推导出构件承载力实用简化计算方法。本文具体进行了以下几个方面工作:1.总结了国内外学者关于钢管混凝土试验、理论方面以及对于CFRP加固钢管混凝土的研究的结果,说明了开展本文研究工作的必要性。2.对24根核心混凝土为C60的CFRP增强方钢管混凝土轴压中长柱进行试验研究。得到有关试件的数据参数并绘制相关的数据曲线。3.采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立了CFRP增强方钢管混凝土轴压中长柱受力状态下荷载-变形计算模型,大量试验结果验证了理论计算结果的可靠性,较为充分的证明了提出的有限元分析模型的可行性。通过理论分析模型,研究了钢管和核心混凝土相互作用、核心混凝土应力-应变关系变化规律,CFRP的受力状态等关键问题,深入地揭示了轴压状态下的工作机理。4.得到了系统参数分析结果,推导出承载力的实用计算方法,并得出计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。5.对本文工作进行总结,对今后的研究做了展望。

【Abstract】 Concrete filled steel tubular structure isformed within a new type of composite structure. The function of concrete and steel tube can be fully exerted in concrete-filled steel tubestructure, it shows excellent mechanical performance,moreover it can overcome the unstable hysteretic loading capacity.In recent years, with in-depth theoretical study and a new generation of construction technology, engineering has been used widely. Steel tube structure in accordance with the cross-section can be divided into different forms :concrete filled rectangular steel tube, circular steel pipe concrete structure and concrete structure of the polygon and so on.The two laters has been popularly applied in variety fields of engineering. CFRP Concrete-filled tubular composite structures have obvious merits,suchas high strength, good ductility, better seismic behavior, and convenient construction. The effective approach to lighten the weights of tall building structures and its social and economic benefit in practical projects am discussed from the following aspects: the reasonable choice of the structural modal, the method of calculation, the optimization of the structure and the application of high strength and light weight building materials both in China and overseas. CFRP constraint concrete-filled steel tube can not only effectively delaying the buckling, steel can improve the bearing capacity and durability of concrete filled steel tube to make up for the shortage of ductility.Base on the experiment and theoretical analysis, the two aspects have reaserched the CFRP concrete Filled Quadrate Steel Tube Column eccentrically compressed members mechanical properties and working mechanism, end in the system that based on the results of the analysis parameters,while the bearing capacity and practical advice simplified calculation method have been presented.1.Summarizing the domestic and overseas scholars about concrete-filled steel tube tests , theoretical aspects and strengthening of the concrete filled steel tube on CFRP research results systematically, the paper explains the necessity of research work.2.The 24 core concrete strength C60, eccentrically compressed concrete filled rectangular CFRP strengthening of steel tubular members tests.And we acquire the specimen data and draw relevant data curve.3.Using ABAQUS software which based on finite element analysis, established concentrically compressed concrete filled rectangular CFRP-steel tubular Members stress on the deformation under load calculation model, the theoretical calculation result of test results is fully verified in this paper, the reliability of the finite element analysis model. The theoretical analysis model has been studied, and the core tube concrete interaction, the core concrete stress-strain variation on the key problems, thoroughly reveals the axial compression state of the working mechanism.4.In the system based on the results of the analysis parameters, the bearing capacity of the practical Suggestions, simplified calculation method of calculation and test results. The results show good agreement with experimental data.5.To summarize the present paper and give an outlook of the future study in this field.
