长株潭城市群“两型社会”建设研究

【摘要】 长株潭两型社会综合改革实验区的设立,在我国经济社会发展史上具有重大的战略意义。它不仅是协调我国东、中、西部地区均衡发展、促进中部地区崛起、维护我国政治经济安全的重大战略举措,也是我国继续深化改革,进一步探索和推进新型工业化、新型城市化、加速长株潭一体化,为解决制约我国经济长期发展的资源和环境瓶颈、实现经济可持续发展的重大战略举措,是推动我国经济第二次大发展的关键。本文运用区域经济理论、循环经济理论、可持续发展理论等基本理论,结合国内外关于“两型社会”的研究情况和相关理论支撑,对“两型社会”的内涵、发展沿革等进行了概述,深入剖析了长株潭城市群发展现状及必要性,建立“两型社会”指标体系模型,结合长株潭的实际情况,坚持理论联系实践的原则,积极探索促进长株潭“两型社会”建设的总体思路、路径选择和政策建议,从而推进长株潭两型社会的科学发展,为国内城市及城市群建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会提供可供借鉴的经验。
【Abstract】 Tan comprehensive reform of the two types of social experimental zone established in the economic and social development in the history of our country of great strategic significance.
