【摘要】 改革开放以来,我省农产品批发市场建设蓬勃发展。在搞活农产品流通,增加农民收入,保障城镇居民市场供应,发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着农业产业化进程的推进,我省农产品批发市场得到了较快的发展,但仍存在着一些问题,如覆盖面较小、地区分布差异较大、总量增长缓慢、市场软硬件环境较为落后、辐射带动作用不强等。随着农业生产的发展和人民生活水平的提高,消费者对食品安全卫生的要求越来越高,广大农民、农产品经销商、农产品加工企业及各级政府对农产品价格、市场供求等信息的需求也越来越强,这就要求农产品批发市场迅速建立和提高农产品批发市场信息系统,最大程度地发挥批发市场信息化的功能。通过信息化的手段创新农产品批发市场的运作模式、加强农产品批发市场信息化建设等途径,保证我省农产品批发市场信息化的迅速、健康发展。建立和完善农产品批发市场信息系统,有利于完善批发市场的信息采集、发布、电子结算等功能和检验检测功能,提高市场的档次,实现跨区域的物流配送中心,使我省农产品批发市场建设迈上新台阶；有利于引导农民按着市场需求调整生产结构,发展绿色食品和建设生态农业,增加农民收入,保证居民消费供给和安全。更多还原
