高职学院生态校园生态化水平评价研究

【摘要】 本论文在分析“高职学院生态规划与建设现状”的基础上,通过对长沙环境保护职业技术学院生态校园建设的调查研究,从校园内的环境质量、校园对总体环境的影响、教育宣传、服务设施这四个方面,模拟构建了一套适用于高职学院的校园生态评价指标体系,阐述了高职学院校园生态评价的主要程序及实施办法,为其他高职学院进行校园生态评价提供了主要参数和基本方法。本论文在实地调研的基础上,根据高职学院校园生态评价指标体系推导出长沙环境保护职业技术学院的校园生态化为一般水平,达到了Ⅲ类标准。并以此为依据,在评价指标体系中筛选出部分规划期可实施的指标,针对长沙环境保护职业技术学院校园规划建设提出切实可行的建议和措施,目的在于使该学院的校园生态化水平提高到Ⅱ类标准。本论文对长沙环境保护职业技术学院生态校园建设的景观设计、园林设计、道路设计等进行了分析;从大气环境保护规划、水环境保护规划、固体废弃物治理规划、噪声防治规划这四个方面对该学院的校园环境建设进行了规划;对该学院的生态校园教学建设进行了重点探讨。这些经验对其他高职学院生态校园建设具有一定的参考作用和借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Based on extensive analysis of Status Quo of Eco-campus Planning & Construction for Higher Vocational College, this article, upon survey and research on Changshan Environmental Protection Vocational College (CEPVC) in four aspects, i.e. campus environment quality, the environmental effect caused by campus activities, education & propaganda and service facilities, puts forward in simulation a complete index system for Eco-Campus Appraisals for Vocational Colleges. It also elaborates the main processes and methodology for ecological campus evaluation, which will be a practical reference and provide basic indices for other higher vocational colleges while carrying out the similar practice.The Eco-Campus Level of Changshan Environmental Protection Vocational College is confirmed at AverageⅢ-Standard, based on the on-site investigations and surveys according to the index system for Eco-Campus Appraisals for Vocational Colleges. The article proposes some practical suggestions and measures for campus planning and construction for Changshan Environmental Protection Vocational College, with the aim to upgrade the eco-campus level to theⅡ-Standard.This article analyses the existing campus of Changshan Environmental Protection Vocational College in terms of landscape design, gardening design and road design. It articulates four key suggestions to the campus construction in atmospheric environment planning, water environment planning, solid-waste control and noise-control planning. The article also emphasizes on how to build a perfect eco-friendly campus for CEPVC.
