【摘要】 随着城市旅游国际化战略逐步实施,旅游综合体满足了旅游服务功能复合化、资源集约化、主题特色化、环境生态化的要求,近年来发展势头迅猛并已成为当代区域旅游综合开发的良好模式。在我国旅游综合体开发实践日益活跃的同时,对于旅游综合体的学术讨论也呈上升趋势,但系统的理论研究仍显缺乏。由于旅游综合体发展起步较晚,系统复杂以及实践经验缺乏,关于旅游综合体发展的经验总结和理论研究显得尤为迫切。本文界定了旅游综合体概念,梳理了旅游综合体相关理论,探讨了旅游综合体的发展模式,分析了模式选择的影响因素,最后归纳出旅游综合体发展模式的优化策略。文章分为四部分,分别从概念认知体系、旅游综合体发展模式分析、发展模式选择、发展模式优化四个层级对旅游综合体的发展进行了研究探讨：第一部分：旅游综合体认知体系。该部分界定了旅游综合体的概念,剖析了其与相关概念的异同、基本特征及开发动因。第二部分：解析旅游综合体发展模式。按照核心功能属性不同,将旅游综合体发展模式分为：以娱乐功能为核心、以休闲度假功能为核心、以综合购物功能为核心、以会展功能为核心四种发展模式,并具体分析每种发展模式的开发特征、经营战略及个案成功经验等三方面内容。第三部分：选择旅游综合体发展模式。分析旅游综合体发展模式选择的必要性。结合实践,归纳影响旅游综合体发展模式选择的八个主要因子,分析模式选择的两级定位步骤。第四部分：优化旅游综合体发展模式。通过分析目前我国旅游综合体发展的主要问题,提出发展模式优化的思路,并对其未来的发展趋势进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with urban tourism gradually actualizes international stratagem, tourism complex has led a rapid development in recent years and become the good mode of regional tourism comprehensive development. It satisfies the tourism service function diversification, the resources intensification, the environment ecologic, the theme characteristics. At present the development practice of tourism complex gradually increases. At the same time, the academic discussion on tourism complex also presents up-trend, but the fundamental research is still lacked. The development of tourism complex is still in its infancy, its function is very complex, as well as experience lacking, the lessons learnt and theory research about tourism complex development is particularly urgent.This paper defines the concept of Tourism Complex, summarizes the relative theory of the tourism complex, discuss its development model synthesis, analysis the influencing factors of the model selection, at last discussed on optimized strategy of tourism complex development model.The contents of this thesis are divided into four parts. Respectively from four levels of understanding and defining the key concepts in the thesis, analyzing the development model of tourism complex, valuating influence factors of development model selection, designing how to optimize the strategy to research tourism complex development. The first part establishes tourism complex cognitive system. This section introduces the connotation about tourism complex, defines the concept of Tourism Complex and distinguishes related concepts, analysis basic characteristics and the motivations of exploitation. The second part analysis the development models of tourism complex. Based on different the leading function, the development models of tourism complex divided into four types, as follows:regarding recreational function as its core, regarding leisure and holidaying function as its core, regarding comprehensive shopping function as its core, regarding meeting and exhibition function as its core. Then it discusses development characteristics, Operation strategies and successful experience of some typical case.The third part selects the development model of tourism complex. This part argues the necessity of establishing the dominant function of development model. Taking practice into account, summarizing the impact eight major factors of model selection and analyzing the two positioning step of mode selection.The fourth part optimizes tourism complex development model. By analyzing the major developing problems of tourism complex, proposed the development of model optimization method and future prospects.更多还原
