轮式装载机工作装置运动仿真与优化设计

【摘要】 本论文简述了目前国内外装载机研究设计的状况、发展动态和发展方向,及装载机在国民经济中的重要作用,研究了目前国内装载机工作装置的现状,针对国内装载机工作装置设计究现状,利用Pr/E和ANSYS对工作装置进行了运动仿真、结构应力分析及优化。市场竞争的激烈迫使制造企业为求得生存和发展必须对多变的市场需求做出迅速反应,不断地调整产品的设计和研发模式,并能快速地开发出新产品。而我国传统工程机械行业却由于新产品开发周期长,成本高,缺乏市场竞争力。计算机辅助设计(CAD)和仿真技术的逐渐成熟为实现产品的快速开发,提高我国工程机械产品的设计水平和市场竞争力提供了强有力的手段。本文将计算机辅助设计(CAD)和仿真技术引入装载机设计开发领域,建立了工作装置的运动数学模型,利用Pro/Engineer软件建立了装载机工作装置的模型并对其进行了运动仿真,利用ANSYS软件对工作机构的关键部件动臂在不同工况下的应力分布进行了分析。主要包括如下几个方面:1.首先介绍装载机和装载机工作装置的国内外研究现状和发展趋势,及现代设计中的计算机辅助设计、有限元理论和优化设计理论。2.分析装载机工作装置的运动规律和结构特点,总结前人的经验,建立了装载机工作装置运动数学模型,且对参数做出明确的定义。3.利用Pro/Engineer软件对工作机构从铲掘、提升、卸料到自动放平的全过程进行了运动仿真,得出了关键点在全过程任意位置的位移、速度及加速度的值。4.利用ANSYS软件对动臂在不同工况时的应力分布进行了分析,发现动臂有较大的应力储备。5.利用ANSYS软的优化功能对动臂进行优化。

【Abstract】 The essay summarizes the status and developing directions of the working device of loader and its important impact on the national economy.Analyzed the status of loader in our country.This essay use software of Pr/E to built up the model of working mechanics. of loader and use ANSYS to analyze the distribution of strain of working mechanism.Facing more intense global market competition, manufacturing enterprise have to adjust their product design and fabrication mode frequently to meet the rapidly changing market requirement. In order to improve the traditional construction machinery design process, this dissertation presents and studies Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology, which has been approved to be a powerful method. And then introduces the new technology into the field of loader design to satisfy the urgent requirement of domestic construction machinery enterprise. In this article the research on a typical working mechanism of loader has been made, and the fire-new and integrated locomotion mathematic modeling of the working mechanism The working mechanism was locomotion simulated by Pro/Engineer and the strain of the key part of the working mechanism was analyzed By ANSYS.There are four parts presented and studied as following:1.the development developing trend of loader and its working mechanism are introduced. Then, Computer Aided Design (CAD) technology and finite element method are also introduced.2. The movement regulation and the structure characteristics of the working device are analyzed by building up mathematics model.3. Make use of the Pro/Engineer software to simulate the movement of the work device from digging to discharging.The get key data of the whole processes of movement,the value of the speed and acceleration. 4. Make use of the ANSYS software to make a analysis about strain distribution of working device.5. Make use of the ANSYS software to make a optimization design about working device to cut down the manufacture expense.
