竹胶板用竹席编织机的研究及仿真设计

【摘要】 我国是一个竹资源十分丰富的国家,竹产品应用空间很大,例如竹胶合板就有广阔的发展前景。竹席编织作为竹胶合板生产过程中的一道主要工序,近几年开发了一些机械化编织设备,但基本上处于试制阶段,设备有缺陷,影响了推广应用。目前大多数企业还采用手工编织竹席,随着竹胶板的需求越来越大,依靠手工编织竹席劳动强度大、生产效率底、成本高,已不能满足其需求,高效率竹席编织机的研发势在必行。根据编织竹席的结构特点,可以推导出竹席编织过程中竹篾的运动规律,以此作为理论依据,设计出能满足纵向竹篾交错符合运动规律的机构,目前普遍采用的竹席编织方法是“压二挑二”法,其特点是结构紧凑、编织方便。这就是竹席编织机的原理分析及设计。借助于计算机辅助设计系统对竹席编织机进行设计,捕获、保存、维持原始设计意图,确定最合理的方案,并正确地进行零件设计、检验和修改,最终创建体现功能的竹席编织机三维实体模型。本课题主要的研究内容是用计算机仿真竹席编织机的运动过程,通过动态演示发现问题进行改进。仿真主要演示编织机的间歇机构、打紧装置、链传动、进篾机构与打紧装置联合、机器主体加入进篾机构、顶篾机构以及各部件之间的传动。利用现代虚拟样机技术对所选方案进行计算机运动学仿真研究。一方面研究其可行性,另一方面找出其潜在的问题加以修正。力求使得在竹席编织机进行结构设计之后,有一个真正科学的功能原理方案,来指明正确的设计方向,使竹席.编织机的开发产生质的突破和飞跃。

【Abstract】 China is a country with abundant recourses of bamboo, which can imply in a variety of fields, as bamboo plywood with broad vistas of development. In recent years, some mechanized equipment has developed in bamboo weaving, a key process during plywood produce. However, these devices are mostly in the middle of testing for some defects, like low efficiency, which affect its application and spreading. Presently, most enterprises still apply handwork to weave bamboo mats. Indeed, manual weaving based on intense labor, low production efficiency, and high cost can not meet the demanding need of bamboo plywood any longer. Accordingly, the research and development of the bamboo mat braiding machine with high efficiency must prevail in this situation.According to the construction feature of bamboo weaving, we can infer the laminated bamboo strips’ regulation of longitudinal motion. So we design a mechanism just based on this theory to satisfy their regulation of longitudinal motion. Now what we adopt commonly is the way of "Picking-Two and Pressing-Two", which has the feature of compact construction and convenience for weaving. Therefore, what I mentioned above is the theoretical analysis and the design of the braiding machine of bamboo mat.On the basis of the theory and approach of mechanical transmission and the design of components, I make a design and calculation to the main parts of the braiding machine to come out a program of construction for the bamboo mat braiding machine. Besides, Computer-Aided Design System is used to catch, store, and keep the original design and carry out the most reasonable design based on the accurate design, check, and revision for the components and finally it turns out to be a 3D entity model of bamboo mat braiding machine to demonstrate its function.This essay is mainly about the research for the simulation of the movement of the bamboo mat braiding machine by computer, and to find problems and improve it by its dynamic performance, i.e. simulation design. Simulation is mainly used to perform intermittent mechanism, tightening organization, chain gearing, the combination of entering the bamboo splint mechanism and tightening organization, the main part of the machine combined to entering the bamboo splint mechanism, how to go against between the bamboo splint mechanism as well as various parts transmission. Furthermore, the technology of dummy specimen is used to make a simulation research of the project by computer-aided kinematics. On the one hand, the research aims to the possibility of application, and on the other hand, it is also a way to find the potential problems for revision. On the whole, the essay centers on obtaining an entirely scientific principle of work and power for the project after the construction design, and to show us a proper direction of design and to promote the development of the bamboo mat braiding machine.
