【摘要】 城市和乡村的关系从分离到融合是经济社会发展的必然趋势。城乡统筹发展是城市化和工业化发展而呈现的一种融合的现象。党的十六大明确提出了统筹城乡社会发展、全面建设小康社会的重大任务。本文立足于辽宁省14个城市这一特定的区域,系统分析了影响我国城乡经济统筹发展的关键因素,通过系统分析和定量分析,构建了一个关于城乡统筹发展的评价体系,科学地分析了辽宁14个城市的城乡统筹发展情况,并给出了一些对策和建议。与此同时,本文借鉴了国内外城乡经济协调发展的理论和实践经验,又立足于我国城乡经济协调发展关系的历史演变和现实困境。论文主体结构和内容如下：第一章绪论部分,介绍了我国城乡统筹发展建设的现状和严峻的现实,并分析了选题意义和论文主要研究对象和分析过程。第二章理论分析部分,先从城乡统筹发展的相关概念出发,探讨了城乡统筹发展的科学内涵。与此同时,并对城乡统筹发展的相关科学理论进行了介绍。第三章介绍了我国城乡发展面临的严峻问题,并且用统计数据证明了我国城市和农村确实存在着巨大的差距,并且分析了差距背后的原因。第四章运用科学的手段和SPSS软件对所收集的数据进行处理,用层次分析法确定了科学评价体系,并且对结果进行了分析。第五章介绍了国外一些国家在统筹城乡发展问题上的做法,同时介绍了其他国家的成功经验,给我们提供了可借鉴的经验。第六章根据以上介绍的内容,在分析具体情况的同时,给出了统筹城乡发展的思路和政策选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relation between the city and village from fusion to reseperation is an inevitable trend of economic and social development. Balance urban and rural development is a fusion phenomenon of the development of urbanization and industrialization. The 16th National Congress of Communist Party proposed as a whole society of urban and rural economy develops and the significant mission in constructing over all well-off Society. Based on a special area-14 cities in Liaoning Province, this paper systematically analyses the main key factors in the coordinative development of urban and rural economy. Through systematical analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper constructs a assessment system about the overall development in urban and rural areas and analyzed scientifically the situation of 14 cities in Liaoning Province, gives some suggestions. At the same time, this paper not only refers to the theory and practice abroad in the coordinative development of urban and rural economy but also bases on the historical development and current problems in the relationship between urban and rural in China.The contents and main structures of the paper are as follows:The first chapter is introduction, which introduces the current situation of balance urban and rural development in China and stern reality., which analyzes the selected topic background and the research significance, the main research object of this paper and analytic process.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis part, from the concept of balance urban and rural development, which study and discuss the scientific intension of balance urban and rural development. At the same time, the paper introduces relative theory of balance urban and rural development.The third chapter introduces a severe problem of urban and rural development in China. The paper using data to finds out that the disparity between the urban and the rural exists wide gap and analysis of the reason.The fourth chapter uses modern science and SPSS to process the statistics collected, Sets up comprehensive evaluation index system by Analytic Hierarchy Process, and analyses the result.The fifth chapter introduces foreign practices about balance urban and rural development and success experience. It provided many experiences that can draw lessons from to us in this respect.The sixth chapter combines the concrete conditions, giving the thinking and policy options about balance urban and rural development.更多还原
