【摘要】 本文针对我国厨柜行业标准化现状及存在的问题,结合我国住宅厨房建筑多样化这一现状,对整体厨柜标准化体系中的尺寸及结构标准化这两个方面进行深入分析,提出了整体厨柜尺寸标准化设计必须结合我国住宅厨房建筑模数来设计；对于整体厨柜结构标准化采用“32mm系统”的方式进行设计,这不仅具有理论价值也具有非常重要的现实意义。本文以整体厨柜尺寸标准化及结构标准化这两个问题为研究对象,运用了归纳分析的研究方法,阐述了我国住宅厨房建筑模数及其相关概念,提出了厨房建筑空间与整体厨柜模数应相协调及系统设计思想是厨房建筑空间与整体厨柜模数相协调的理论依据。重点阐述整体厨柜尺寸标准化及结构标准化的相关概念,并分析了影响尺寸及结构标准化的因素,提出了厨柜企业在制定厨柜整体尺寸标准化的时候必须结合厨房建筑空间及人机工程学这两个因素。即在规格尺寸上,使建筑空间的尺度模数跟厨柜的尺寸模数之间相协调,来消除因建筑或厨柜不规范或尺寸有误差时出现的加工余量。针对这一问题在结合人机工程学的基础上采用“标准柜+非标准柜(或封板)”的形式进行设计加工与生产。对于部件尺寸标准化,重点阐述柜体板件标准化,提出结合常用柜体尺寸来确定标准件尺寸,采用“标准件+非标准件”的方式来生产。最后在考虑整体厨柜结构标准化的时候,主要论述了整体厨柜结构特点、整体厨柜结构标准化应考虑的因素及“32mm系统”在厨柜结构标准化中的应用,提出在进行厨柜结构标准化设计时一定要充分利用“32mm系统”增强厨柜功能件之间的互换性,以最少种类的加工部件实现最大化的整体厨柜优化组合方案,满足不同类型消费者的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the Present situation and the difficult problem of the Profession standardization of our country’s cabinet factories, This article deeply Analysises the overall cabinet standardization system’s size and structural style standardization, unifying our country housing kitchen construction diversification this present situation. The writer proposed that we must unify our country housing kitchen construction modulus when we design the overall cabinet size standardization design; It is not only having the theory value but also having the very vital practical significance to use the way of "32mm system" to design the overall cabinet structural style standardization. This article takes two questions, the overall cabinet size standardization and structural style standardization, as the object of study.utilizing the induction analysis research technique, it elaborated our country’s housing kitchen construction modulus and the related concept.The writer proposed that the kitchen construction space and the overall cabinet modulus should be coordinated and the system design thought should be the theory bases that the kitchen construction space and the overall cabinet modulus are coordinated. The key elaboration is overall cabinet size standardization and the structural style standardization’s related concept. And this arctical analysises the factors that the influence size and the structural style standard. It proposed two factors that the cabinet enterprise in formulates cabinet overall size standardization time must unify the kitchen construction space and man-machine engineering. Namely, in the specification size, it causes the scale of the building space modulus to be coordinated with the cabinet’s size modulus, the machining allowance which when eliminates constructs either the cabinet is not standard or the size is the error appears. In view of this question, we use the form that "the standard cabinet+unstandard cabinet (or closing board)" on the design processing and the production. Regarding the part size standardization, the key elaboration cabinet body board standardization, it proposed union commonly used cabinet body size definite standard letter size, using "standard letter+unstandard" to product. Finally in consideration overall cabinet structural style standardization, it mainly elaborated the factor which the overall cabinet uniques the feature. In the cabinet structural style,the overall cabinet structure standardization should consider "the 32mm system" standardization application, It proposed when carrying on the cabinet structure standardization design certainly It must use the system of "32mm" to the enhancement cabinet function between interchange ability,and it realized the maximized overall cabinet optimum composition plan by the least type’s processing part to meet the different consumers’needs.更多还原
