【摘要】 作为我国的一个新兴产业,整体厨柜具有广阔的发展前景。但是,目前存在着产品质量良莠不齐、设计创新力不足、定价形式不合理等诸多问题。为保障消费者的利益、促进整体厨柜行业的健康发展,建设部正在制定《住宅厨房设备标志尺寸(模数)系列》等相关标准。因此,进行整体厨柜设计标准化的研究,为制定行业标准提供技术依据具有重要的现实意义。整体厨柜是指经过精心设计的、与厨房设备和建筑空间可融为一体的、采用整体设计方法设计的厨房家具。根据设计程序和设计要求不同,整体厨柜设计可分为样品设计和现场设计。样品设计通常由企业的研发部门负责,主要任务是确定整体厨柜的造型风格、材料配件、结构、主要零部件的形状和规格等等。现场设计由营销部门负责,主要任务是为客户提供现场设计咨询、厨房测量、效果图设计、平面图设计和报价,并结合公司标准将客户喜欢的样品风格落实到厨柜之中。整体厨柜的标准化是一项系统工程,它包括设计标准化、生产标准化和管理标准化。其中,设计标准化中的尺寸标准化是实现整体厨柜标准化的重点和关键环节。从某种程度上讲,整体厨柜就是标准化部件和非标准化部件的组合体。整体厨柜尺寸标准化就是按照一定的原则,确定哪些部件属于标准化部件,然后提出标准化部件的尺寸系列,并运用标准化部件和非标准化部件相结合的方式进行尺寸设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a wonderful future for integrated kitchen cabinet which is a new industry. But, there are many problems such as bad qualities, being short of creating, unreasonable quotation and so on. Now, the ministry of construction is drafting a standard named Basic Size (Module) Series of Kitchen Appliances of Residence. So, it has important realistic meaning to research on the design of integrated kitchen cabinet.Integrated kitchen cabinet is a kind of kitchen cabinet coordinated with kitchen equipment and architectural space, designing with an integral method.Integrated kitchen design is divided into sample design and site design due to the difference of design procedures and design demands. The main tasks of sample design, managed by R&D department, is to design form style, to select material and fittings, to introduce structure and dimension, and to design the shape and dimension of components etc.. The main tasks of site design, managed by marketing department, is to answer designs consultation of users, to measure the dimension of kitchen, to provide design perspective,provide plane graphs and quotation, and to design kitchen cabinet according to consumer.The standardization of integrated kitchen cabinet is a systemic project, which consist of design standardization, production standardization and management standardization. All in that, the Dimension standardization is essential to carry out the standardization of integrated kitchen cabinet.In a sense, integrated kitchen cabinet is a kind of combination form making up form standard components and nonstandard components.
