RTK-GPS技术在林区道路工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 林区道路是林业生产和发展不可缺少的基础设施,也是开展林区生产经营活动的基本条件。过去,林区道路主要是为林区生产服务,其主要功能是运输木材。随着产业结构的调整以及林业经营方向的改变,林区道路的功能已经大大拓展.除了木材、林产品、生产资料的运输外,在森林资源保护、森林防火、有害生物防治、林区治安以及森林旅游等方面的功能与作用日益凸现。村村通公路工程,是国家为构建和谐社会,支持新农村建设的一项重大举措。建设新林区是建设新农村的一个重要组成部分。林区道路是林区的一项基础设施,长期以来它都是制约林区经济发展的瓶颈。解决好这一问题,对于促进林区经济发展、提高林区居民生活水平具有十分重要的意义。本论文以修溪公路工程为实例进行研究,得出:为了加快林区道路的建设步伐,让有限的建设资金发挥出更大的生态和经济效益,在林区公路在建设中有必要引进新技术新理念。RTK-GPS技术与现代的机算机技术的结合能够为林区道路建设提供快速准确的林区基础数据。通过科学规划,合理布局,分步实施,为林区公路网的完善和综合选线提供可靠的依据,从而以最少投入取得最大效益。这是有效保护森林资源,充分挖掘林区生产潜力的需要。RTK-GPS技术能很快速准确的提供多种林区道路建设和林区生产的多种数据,RTK-GPS作业时不需要点间通视,测量中可以大大减少不必要的林木砍伐,对生态环境起到了很好的保护作用,RTK-GPS测量精度均匀结果可靠,可以用于林区道路工程测量,与传统测量和放样方法相比可以省时省力。但是RTK-GPS技术在林区的应用也还有很多问题需要进行深入的研究,比如RTK-GPS数据链在山区的传播规律研究,如何能做到林区全方位的覆盖。林区如何建立统一的GPS控制网的研究等。

【Abstract】 Forest area’s road is the basic infrastructure for the forest industry’s develepment and developing production activities. In the past, forest area’s road mainly service for the forest area’s production, its main function is to transport bamboo and wood. With adjustments of industrial structure and changes of forest business operation, the functions of forest area’s road ha e been widely enlarged. Besides transportation of wood, forest products and other means of production, forest area’s road system has played a more and more important role in forest resources protection, forest fireproofing, prevention and control of archival vermins, maintaining the scurety of forest area, forest area tourism and so on.The "Cuncun Tong Project" is a significant measure, which the government has taken in order to build a harmounious society and help new countrysides’ development. Building new forest area is an important part of building a new countryside. Forest area’s road system is also an important part of forest industry’s infrastucture. But it has long been a bottleneck for the forest area’s economic development. So solving this problem will be of great significance to developing forest area’s economy and imporving people’s living standards in forest areas.This thesis is an empirical study based on Xiuxi road’s construction. We conclude that in order to speed up the forest area’s road systems construction, it’s necessary to introduce new technology into the construction to make the best use of the funds. The combination of RTK-GPS technology can provide fast and accurate basic datas for forest area’s road construction. By scientifically planning, rational distribution and step-by-step implementation, it can provide credible data for improving and selecting forest area’s road nets, so as to maximise the benefits while minimise the inputs. It is necessary for effectively pretecting forest resources and fully explore the potential productivity.The RTK-GPS technology can quickly provide many accurate datas for the forest area’s road construction, but there are still many uncovered questions we need to study in its real application, RTK GPS needn’t look at the measurement line while working and it can be used to reduce the unnecessary logging so that it plays a very good role in protecting the ecological environment. What’s more, the measurement accuracy of RTK GPS is very reliable and it can be used in the engineering measurement of the road along the forest,compared with the traditional measure and the method of, RTK GPS is timesaving.such as the RTK-GPS’s data transit rules in mountain areas and how to fully cover all the forest areas and how to set up a unified GPS control network and so on.
