油茶优良杂交子代主要性状变异分析

【摘要】 本文以三个油茶优良杂交组合子代为材料,于2008年10月至2009年12月对其主要性状的变异性进行了研究,研究结果如下:1.杂交子代树体结构性状变异规律:三个杂交子代的变异系数均为树高<冠幅,其树体结构性状变异范围分别为16.77~31.08%、11.98~19.43%、17.92~22.48%。2.杂交子代枝梢性状变异规律:湘林69号和湘林67号的变异系数均为枝梢长<枝梢叶片数,湘林63号则为枝梢长>枝梢叶片数。三个杂交子代的枝梢性状变异系数范围分别为27.89~36.64%、26.93~33.63%、33.41~35.28%。3.杂交子代叶片性状变异规律:湘林69号变异系数为叶长<叶厚<叶宽<叶形指数,湘林67号为叶厚<叶长<叶形指数<叶宽,湘林63为叶厚<叶形指数<叶长<叶宽。三个杂交子代的叶片性状变异系数范围分别为14.42-23.25%、10.99-12.8%、8.63-16.13%。4.杂交子代果实性状变异规律:三个杂交子代变异系数均为果形指数<果高<果径<果皮厚<心室数<单果籽数。其果实性状变异系数范围分别为9.65-43.13%、9.59~47.55%、9.03~51.01%。5.杂交子代茶籽性状变异规律:湘林69号为鲜出籽率<每500克果数<含油率<每500克籽数<干出籽率,湘林67号为含油率<鲜出籽率<干出籽率<每500克果数<每500克籽数,湘林63号为鲜出籽率<含油率<每500克果数<干出籽率<每500克籽数。三个杂交子代的茶籽性状变异系数范围分别为2.14~27.73%、10.32~43.75%、11.82~35.12%。6.杂交子代叶片光合指标变异规律:湘林69号为胞间CO2浓度<气孔导度<蒸腾速率<净光合速率,湘林67号为胞间CO2浓度<蒸腾速率<气孔导度<净光合速率,湘林63号为胞间CO2浓度<净光合速率<蒸腾速率<气孔导度。三个杂交子代的叶片光合指标变异系数范围分别为5.15~12.24%、1.96~18.86%、2.81~13.36%。7.杂交子代生理指标变异规律:湘林69号为叶绿素a含量<叶绿素总含量<叶绿素b含量<可溶性蛋白含量<SOD活性,湘林67号为叶绿素b含量<叶绿素总含量<叶绿素a含量<SOD活性<可溶性蛋白含量,湘林63号为SOD活性<叶绿素b含量<叶绿素总含量<叶绿素a含量<可溶性蛋白含量。三个杂交子代的生理指标变异系数范围分别为5.79~14.85%、7.72~23.91%、6.4~19.09%。8.综合20项指标进行分析,评选出优良单株为湘林69号杂交子代的株17、株19、株22和株10,湘林67号杂交子代的株7,以及湘林63号杂交子代的株9、株12、株13、株14、株2和株6。9.相关分析表明,湘林69号、湘林67号和湘林63号三个杂交子代的各单株综合得分均与每500克籽数极显著相关,这说明每500克籽数是影响杂交子代品质优良度的一项重要指标。

【Abstract】 This passage is based on the three superior hybrid combination offspring of Camellia Oleifera as materials, which studied the main characters variation from October in 2008 to December in 2009, and the results were as follows:1.The tree structure characters variation law of hybrid offspring:the coefficient of variation (CV) of the three hybrid combination offspring are all tree high<tree crown, and the tree structure characters variation scope of the three hybrid offspring is 16.77~31.08%、11.98~19.43%、17.92~22.48%.2.The shoot characters variation law of hybrid offspring:the CV of Xiang Lin 69 and Xiang Lin 67 are shoot longth< shoot leaf number, the CV of Xiang Lin 63 is shoot longth>shoot leaf number. The shoot characters variation scope of the three hybrid offspring is 27.89~36.64%、26.93~33.63%、33.41~35.28%.3.The leaf characters variation law of hybrid offspring:the CV of Xiang Lin 69 is leaf longth< leaf thickness< leaf width< leaf shape index, the CV of Xiang Lin 67 is leaf thickness<leaf longth<leaf shape index<leaf width, the CV of Xiang Lin 63 is leaf thickness<leaf shape index<leaf longth<leaf width. The leaf characters variation scope of the three hybrid offspring is 14.42~23.25%、10.99~12.80%、8.63~16.13%.4.The fruit characters variation law of hybrid offspring:the CV of the three hybrid combination offspring are all fruit shape index<fruit altitude<fruit diameter < fruit pericap thickness< ventricle number< seed number. The fruit characters variation scope of the three hybrid offspring is 9.65~43.13%、9.59~47.55%、9.03~51.01%.5.The seed characters variation law of hybrid offspring:the CV of Xiang Lin 69 is fresh fruit seed rate<500g fruit number< oil contents<500g seed number< dry fruit seed rate, the CV of Xiang Lin 67 is oil contents<fresh fruit seed rate<dry fruit seed rate<500g fruit number<500g seed number, the CV of Xiang Lin 63 is fresh fruit seed rate<oil contents500g fruit number dry fruit seed rate500g seed number. The seed characters variation scope of the three hybrid offspring is 2.14~27.73%、10.32~43.75%、11.82-35.12% 6.The photosynthetic characters variation law of hybrid offspring:the CV of Xiang Lin 69 is Ci<Cond<Tr<Pn, the CV of Xiang Lin 67 is Ci<Tr<Cond<Pn, the CV of Xiang Lin 63 is Ci<Pn<Tr<Cond. The photosynthetic characters variation scope of the three hybrid offspring is 5.15~12.24%、1.96~18.86%、2.81~13.36%.7. The physiological characters variation law of hybrid offspring:the CV of Xiang Lin 69 is chla<chlt<chlb<soluble protein content<SOD, the CV of Xiang Lin 67 is chlb<chlt<chla<SOD<soluble protein content, the CV of Xiang Lin 63 is SOD<chlb<chlt<chla<soluble protein content. The physiological characters variation scope of the three hybrid offspring is 5.79~14.85%、7.72~23.91%、6.4~19.09%.8.Analysing the 20 indes, choose the superior plant:Xiang Lin 69’s Number 17、19、22 and 10, Xiang Lin 67’s Number 7, Xiang Lin 63’s Number 9、12、3、14、2 and 6.9.Correlation analysis shows that the total score and 500g seed number of the three hybrid offspring have extremely significant correlation, which means that 500g seed number is an very important index to the quality of the hybrid offspring.
