【摘要】 中国家具产业的高速发展伴随着全球产业结构调整和全球金融危机的爆发,在目前的市场环境下,我国家具产业结构升级已迫在眉睫,提升产品的设计水平,特别是原创设计,将成为企业必须面对的难题。“原创设计”是“设计”发展到现阶段的比较新的课题,而原创设计作为创新的核心,是推动企业发展的重要动力,因此设计的原创性应当引起足够的重视,对于如何通过原创设计提升中国家具企业的核心竞争力的研究更应当及时提上日程。中国家具原创设计目前尚处于初级阶段,其现状与发展是两个不可分割的主题,而要了解这两点,首先要深入研究家具原创设计机构。论文以我国家具产业发展为背景,从宏观角度探讨了中国家具产业在宏观经济环境和现状等方面面临着产业结构升级、全球竞争加剧、市场环境混乱以及缺乏原创设计等问题；在微观方面,本文通过对不同发展模式的典型原创设计机构的实地调研、深度访谈和问卷调查,剖析了这些具有典型代表性的原创设计机构的三种发展现状(设计工作室、小型设计型家具企业和大型家具企业),从而为探寻原创设计发展道路提供事实依据。本文运用SWOT分析法归纳了原创设计的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战四个方面的现状,并将它们交叉结合,提出了家具设计应该发挥传统文化优势,学习国外的先进经验,改变观念,发挥企业对设计教育的促进作用,提高企业研发和提高抵御风险的能力,抓住机遇,直面挑战,充分利用自身优势条件,扬长避短的基本方针,进而探讨了影响中国原创设计发展的历史文化环境、现实市场环境、设计师的影响、家具企业决策和政府协会作用等方面因素。本文通过总结了国外家具设计发达国家的各种特点,提出我们应该学习和借鉴日本的生产模式、意大利的设计传统、德国的设计理念和美国的品牌战略,并结合我国国情,因地制宜,找出适合我国的家具设计发展道路。本文通过多方面的分析和探讨,指出中国家具原创设计发展必须以政府支持和企业的自身转变为主,从家具设计师提升自身观念入手,加强知识产权的保护立法和行业协会的作用等方面的措施,辅以设计教育的推动等社会各界力量联合,共同努力进而推动中国家具原创设计的健康和可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The high speed development of Chinese furniture industry is following the whole world industry restructure and the whole world financial crisis’s eruption, under the present market environment, our country furniture upgrading of industries has been imminent, the promotion product’s design level, specially the original design, will become the difficult problem which the enterprise cannot but face. "The original design" is "the design" develops the present stage quite new task. The design innovation will become the impetus enterprise innovation the important power, but the original design is the innovation core, because in the future, the design originality must bring to the enough attention, how regarding to promote the Chinese Furniture Enterprise’s core competitiveness research through the original design to propose the program promptly.The Chinese furniture original design was still at the initial stage at present, its present situation and the development are two inalienable subjects, but must understand that these two spots, first want the deep research furniture original planning board. At present, the Chinese furniture industry in aspects and so on macroeconomic environment and present situation faces the upgrading of industries, the global competition to intensify, the market environment confusion as well as to lack questions and so on original design. In the microscopic aspect, through to different development model’s typical original planning board’s investigation and study, the depth interview and the questionnaire survey on the spot, analyzes these to have the typical representative original planning board three kind of development present situation (to design work room, miniature design furniture enterprise and large-scale furniture enterprise), thus to inquire about that the original design development path provides the fact basis. Induces the original design through the SWOT analytic method the superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and challenges four aspects the present situations, and their overlapping union, proposed the furniture design should display the traditional culture superiority, studies the overseas advanced experience, the change idea, the display enterprise to designs the education the promoter action, enhances the enterprise research and development and enhancement resistance risk ability, gets down holds the opportunity, faces directly the challenge, uses own superiority condition fully, enhances strong points and avoids weaknesses the basic policy, then discussed has affected the Chinese original design development historical culture aspect factors and so on environment, realistic market environment, designer’s influence, furniture enterprise decision-making and government association function. Through the summary overseas furniture design developed country’s characteristic, we should study and profit from Japan’s production pattern, Italy’s design tradition, Germany’s design idea and US’s brand strategy, and unifies our country national condition, acts as circumstances permit, to discover suits our country’s furniture design development path. Through various analysis and the discussion, pointed out that the Chinese furniture original design development must supports by enterprise’s own transformation and the government primarily, promotes own idea from the furniture designer to obtain, to strengthen the intellectual property rights protection legislation and profession association’s aspect and so on function measures, auxiliary designs the education community strength unions and so on impetus, joint effort then to promote the Chinese furniture original design the health and the sustainable development.更多还原
