【摘要】 观光果园是绿色果品生产和生态旅游相结合的新型产业,是观光农业的分支之一,是现代果园发展的新模式。在保持果园稳定增收的基础上实现一、三产业的结合,并使其发挥更好的效益,这是观光果园建设与发展的主要目标。本文从传统果园向现代观光果园转型过程中对果园的多种要求出发,采取了由理论到实践、再由实践研究回归理论的研究方法,对其进行了较深入地探讨。第一部分,本文在前人理论研究的基础上,对观光果园的内涵从起源、研究对象、功能意义、景观生态、经营模式等方面进行了总结,提出了观光果园是结合.水果生产、生活改善与生态建设的三位一体的新型果园形式,并对观光果园的产生背景与发展意义进行了论述。同时,综合了国内外观光果园研究发展概况,对我国观光果园的发展优势和面临问题作了简要的分析,提出了本文所要研究的主要内容、方法与步骤。第二部分概述了现代观光果园建设与发展的主要理论基础,即：可持续发展理论、景观生态学理论和旅游心理学理论,对基础理论的内容及其在现代观光果园建设与发展中的具体应用进行了论述。第三部分,选取湖南省攸县作为研究对象,根据该县的具体情况,分析了攸县观光果园的发展基础,提出了在攸县建设现代观光果园的思路。同时,以攸县农业领头企业——攸县地杰现代观光果园为例,对园区在总体布局、产业策划、设施规划、组织管理、建设进程等方面的内容进行了阐述,并对园区运营十年的效益及成本回收作了分析,力求将其打造成现代观光果园的样板工程,为今后建园提供科学地参考。第四部分,在对案例进行分析思考的基础上,以相对超前的眼光对现代观光果园园区的建设与发展作了深入地探讨,主要包括园区建设的内容及方法、园区发展的方向与对策。在园区发展的问题上,提出了我国现代观光果园园区发展的总体思路、三条发展道路与五项发展对策,指出了我国现代观光果园必须走组织管理合作型、科技研产自主型、产业经营多元型发展之路。在最后对本文的研究内容、创新之处进行了概括总结,提出了建设性的发展意见,并对有待深入研究的问题作了简要说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sightseeing orchard is a new type of industry combining green-fruits’production and eco-tourism, it is an embranchment of sightseeing agriculture, and a new developing mode of modern orchard. The main goal of sightseeing orchard’s construction and development is to materialize the combination of the Nol and No3 industry, and to exert better benefit on the base of maintaining orchard’s steady-gaining. The article started from various requests for orchard in the course of traditional orchard’s transformation by the way of theory-practice-theory, and had done deeper discussion on it.Part one, based on the pre-study, the paper summed up meanings of sightseeing orchard on the facets of origin, object, function, significance, eco-sight, managing mode,etc, brought forward that sightseeing orchard is a new orchard’s form integrating fruits’ production, life improvement and eco-construction into a whole, and made discussion on the born background and developing meaning. At the same time, synthesizing general situation of study and development on sightseeing orchard in and abroad, it made a brief analysis discussing developing advantages and problems of sightseeing orchard in our country, and brought forward the main content, techniques and steps of the study.Part two summarized the main theory of modern sightseeing orchard’s construction and development, sustainable development theory, sight ecology and tourism psychology. It discoursed upon the theories’content and its factual application in sightseeing orchard’s construction and development.Part three selected Youxian Hunan Province as the study course. According to the actual condition, the paper analyzed Youxian modern sightseeing orchard’s developing basics and raised out constructing thoughts accordingly. Meanwhile, it took Youxian agricultural leading enterprise-Youxian Dijie modern sightseeing orchard as a study course, illustrated facets of the states, such as overall layout, industry planning, establishment programming, organization managing, construction course, and so on. In this part, it also analyzed benefits in ten managing years and its cost reclaimation, in order to build it as a former engineering for future reference.Part four made a deep discussion on construction and development of modern sightseeing orchard with a developing view based on the analysis of the case, including constructing thought and principle, developmental orientation and countermeasure. On the developmental issues, it raised out total developmental thoughts,three ways and five countermeasures, and also pointed out that native modern sightseeing orchard should track the way of framework managing collaboration, self-determination on Sci Tech study and production, industrial multi-management.In the end, the paper put up a general summary of its study content and innovation, put forward constructive ideas for development, and briefly illuminated problems needing for thorough study.更多还原
