【摘要】 观光果园是近年发展起来的新生事物,随着社会的进步,工业化生产对环境的过度索取,环境的生态质量一步步的恶化。拥挤的城市,高节奏的生活使人们产生了亲近自然的愿望。有着独特的魅力的第二自然的观光果园开始受到人们的青睐,观光果园正是在这样的背景下产生的,是人们对生态和自然认识的一种回归。观光果园的规划建设受到人们的重视,因此研究观光果园规划设计的理论对当前的观光果园建设实践具有重要指导意义。通过对国内外相关文献的分析,结合观光果园的实践考察,本文对观光果园的概念提出了新的诠释。即观光果园是把果园作为观光旅游资源开发的一种绿色产业,它是以现有或新开的果园为对象按照现代旅游业的发展规律和构成要素,对其进行改造、配套、组装和深度开发,在保证基本生产功能和有利于生态环境优化的基础上,因地制宜,赋予其观赏、品尝、购买、娱乐、劳动、学习和居住等不同的旅游功能,创造出可经营的,具有果园特色和旅游价值的观光园区。观光果园作为果品基地必须遵循科学性,具有产品生产功能；而作为观光果园又必须具有艺术性和观赏性,满足人们视觉亲历和心灵感受。本文总结归纳了观光果园规划设计的原则、方法、和步骤。观光果园规划设计的原则为生态性原则、经济性原则、适地适树的原则、和地域性原则等。提出了按照设计的原则和技术路线对观光果园进行规划设计的基本步骤和方法。针对如上庄翠湖观光果园等综合性的观光果园,提出了的规划设计方法和内容,文章把果树学、建筑学、园林学和旅游学的理念引入到观光果园的规划设计中,强调以功能为主导,以市场为目标,以地域美为原则的设计理念,最终营造富有地域特色的旅游空间。本文着重探讨了观光果园中园林设计的法则,并对观光果园的设计要素进行了具体的阐述。对建筑学的地域主义建筑进行了介绍。观光果园规划设计的目的是为了更好的服务旅游,所以对旅游的动机理论和生态旅游进行了简单的介绍。在对观光果园规划设计理念进行探讨的同时,通过对北京上庄翠湖观光果园的规划设计进行实践,对设计理论进行了实例应用,明确了主题和指导思想,结合规划设计原则进行了设计研究,实现了从理论探索到园区设计设计的实践。通过上庄翠湖观光果园规划设计的实践验证观光果园规划设计原则、方法、理论的适用性。本文强调观光果园规划设计的地域风格和果树规划的适地适树原则,这两个原则对观光果园规划设计具有重要的指导意义。更多还原
