【摘要】 高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着向社会输送高素质应用型人才的重要任务。在现代化的高职人才培养方案中,思想政治教育在提高学生人文素养和职业道德方面起着尤为重要的作用。然而,由于目前高职教育现状的复杂性、高职教育理念和教育机制的滞后性、思想政治教育工作者自身素质和工作方法、高职学生思想问题的多样性以及社会对高等职业教育的偏见等因素影响了高职思想政治教育的开展,更影响了高职学生人文素养和职业道德素质的提高。党的十六届三中全会提出的科学发展观极大的丰富了高职思想政治教育的内涵,开阔了思想政治教育的视野。因此,在高职思想政治教育过程中,我们要以科学发展观为指导,认清和把握新形势下高职思想政治教育的特点与规律,追求新型的思想政治教育理念,坚持教育理念的人性化和科学化,以学生为中心,尊重高职学生的特点,发挥学生个性,倡导人生价值的自我完善,使学生获得全面自由的发展；拓宽现代化的教育手段,积极推进高职思想政治教育工作进网络,充分发挥高职院校技术信息网络资源的优势；探索多样的教育内容和形式,在改革思想政治教育理论课的同时,创建校园文化、社会实践教育、校企合作等思想政治教育的新模式；开创多元的教育主体格局,优化组合校内专兼、政工人员,整合社会资源,发挥社会人力资源优势,创建思想政治教育队伍的新局面；优化教育评价体系,采用质量综合评价体系不仅可以激发两课教师的创造性,还有助于教师提高自身素质,提高教学质量；完善学生思品考核制度,建立一套理论与实践考核相结合,校内与校外考评相结合,学生互评与自评相结合等全面系统的学生考核评价机制,切实提高学生的思想政治素养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vocational education is to adapt to the modern economic and social development and technical progress. Because of its unique characteristic, it plays the essential role in higher education, especially in such a labor-intensive country. The students also have their own characteristics:The object of cultivation is not only the graduate of average high school, but also the secondary school students or even the junior high school students who have professional knowledge and skills. Because of the diversity of students, it determines that the object of education is complex, especially in this fast-changing time, unstable factors are also varied, and it determines the pluralism of higher vocational education. And it also determines ideological and political education under the huge and challenging mode of the complexity of the work.The basic contents of the scientific outlook on development are social and natural harmonious unification. Its main characteristic is people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Human-oriented scientific concept of development is the core, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development is the key of science, and promotion of the all-round development of man is the essence of the scientific concept of development. Oxford University President Colin Lucas spoke in University Forum "the education of university is the education of a man, and it is different from the simple teaching". Universities should actively work for society, and make greater contribution for the prosperity and stability of society through study and new education. Putting forward of scientific development view enriches the ideological and political education of higher vocational education, opens the new horizon, therefore, under the new situation, understanding and grasping the characteristics and principles as well as the innovation path are the fundamental requirements.更多还原
