教师专业发展的学校管理机制研究

【摘要】 教师专业发展是教师教育改革发展的趋势和潮流,也是倍受关注的热点问题。如何在中国新课程改革背景下实现教师专业发展是非常值得探讨的。从学校内部管理机制角度促进教师专业发展,事实上是一个非常值得探索的空间。全文主要观点与研究内容如下:首先,介绍本位的研究背景和研究意义,同时对以往的研究做综合述评。其次,界定教师专业发展的相关概念,挖掘教师专业发展的内涵,分析影响教师专业发展的主要原因,阐述教师专业发展的理论基础和政策支持。第三,以F省中小学教师为研究对象,通过问卷和访谈对中小学教师专业发展的现状进行调查研究,并从学校层面和教师个人层面分析阻碍教师专业发展的原因。研究采用了文献法、调查法、比较研究和个别访谈,探讨并提出了如何通过学校管理机制来促进教师专业发展。基于对中小学教师的调查研究,本文提出,教师专业发展是一个由个体被动发展向个体主动发展再向群体共同发展的过程,在这一过程中教师专业素质不断得到体现与完善。本文认为,促进教师专业发展,学校管理机制应更多关注建立可操作的教师动力机制、运行机制和制约机制等。

【Abstract】 The development of the teacher professional is the trend of the educational reform, it is also the hot issue. It is a valued discussing issue that how to practice the Teacher on the professional background of Chinese curriculum reform. Actually, It is a big space to discus the development of the Teacher professional from the school internal management system. The major point and the research content of this text are as follows:Firstly, it describes the standard of the research background and the research significance, simultaneously, it make the comprehensive commentary to the former research. Secondly, it defined the relevant concept of the teacher professional. It also excavation the Teacher professional’s connotation and the analysis the primary cause that affect the development of teacher professional. It elaborates theoretical basis and policy support the development of teacher professional. Thirdly, it takes the F province school teachers as the example, conducts the investigation and study to the present situation of the development of teacher professional through the questionnaire and the interview. It analysis the reasons that obstructing the development of teacher professional from the school stratification. The text has used the literature law, the survey procedure, the comparison research and the individual interview, discussed and proposed how to promote the development of teacher professional through the school administration mechanism.Based on the investigation and study to middle school teachers, the text proposed that the development of teacher professional is a process composed by the individual passive development to the individual initiative development and again to the community communal development, the teacher specialized quality obtains improvements in this process. We believed that promotes the development of teacher professional, the teacher driving mechanism need to pay attention to the operational mechanism, the restriction mechanism and also the school administration mechanism and so on.
