CHPAMSTDA-5的制备及其在再生瓦楞纸抄造中的应用

【摘要】 为了改善废纸纤维再生纸的使用品质,研究了系列AM-ST-DADMAC三元共聚物(简称PAMSTDA-5)无皂乳液及其Hofmann反应改性产物CHPAMSTDA-5的制备,并应用于再生瓦楞纸的抄造。本研究第一章,首先通过无皂乳液聚合制备了高固含量、稳定的PAMSTDA-5,用FTIR和TEM对其进行了表征,并讨论了不同单体配比对单体总转化率、DADMAC转化率和乳液阳离子表面电荷量的影响;第二章,讨论了PAMSTDA-5的Hofmann反应,详细探讨了碱浓度和不同单体配比对反应过程中N-氯代酰胺基、胺基的含量影响规律;第三章将PAMSTDA-5应用于再生瓦楞纸的抄造,详细讨论了不同单体配比对纸张增强性能、助留助滤性能的影响;第四章,考察了不同单体配比和碱浓度对CHPAMSTDA-5的纸张增强性能、助留助滤性能的影响,同时与PAMSTDA-5进行了比较。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the properties of paper made from recycled pulps, synthesis of a series of AM-ST-DADMAC copolymer (PAMSTDA-5) by means of soap-free emulsion copolymerization and preparation of CHPAMSTDA-5 from Hofmann reaction of PAMSTDA-5 were studied. Besides, their application in recycled corrugated papermaking were investigated. In the chapter 1, PAMSTDA-5 with high solid content and stability were synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization and characterized by FTIR and TEM. Effects of monomer ratio on the conversion rate of total monomer and DADMAC as well as the amount of surface cation were discussed. In the chapter 2, the Hofmann reaction of PAMSTDA-5 was carried out and the effect of the dosage of alkali and monomer ratio on the content of N-chloro amide group and amino group were investigated in details. In the chapter 3, effects of monomer ratio of PAMSTDA-5 on the paper strength, retention and drainage in recycled pulps were discussed. In the chapter 4, effects of the dosage of alkali and monomer ratio on the performance of CHPAMSTDA-5 for paper strength, retention and drainage in recycled pulps were investigated.
