【摘要】 本文以福建医科大学户外运动课为研究对象,旨在展现福建医科大学户外运动课的开展现状,以及福建医科大学如何根据医学生的特点,制定适应本校开展的户外运动教学模式。通过对户外运动野外实践课中的教学组织和风险管理体系的建立,探讨一套适合户外运动野外实践教学的方式、方法。另外,通过对高校户外运动社团的分析,指出：在学生中组织和成立户外运动社团,可以更好地配合户外运动教学,推动户外运动在高校的普及和发展。本课题的研究对于高校户外运动的进一步发展有着积极的意义,为更多高校开展户外运动教学提供参考经验,也为同类院校如何设置户外运动教学提供一定的借鉴。本文采用了文献法、逻辑分析法、实验研究法以及个案分析法等研究方法,立足于前人的研究基础,参考了前人研究的相关资料和理论总结,从以下四个角度对福建医科大学户外运动课进行理论与实践的初步研究。第一章福建医科大学户外运动课的现状。本章首先探讨了我国高校开展和普及户外运动的依据,其次指出福建医科大学开设户外运动课的意义,最后通过以下三个方面对福建医科大学户外运动课的开展现状进行分析：对福建医科大学户外运动课开设的历史沿革进行简单的梳理对福建医科大学户外运动课的课程安排情况,包括教学时数安排、教学目标、教学基本要求、教材、教学进度、考核内容、方法与标准等进行一一分析；对福建医科大学户外运动课案进行详细分析。第二章福建医科大学户外运动野外实践课的组织。本章主要对福建医科大学户外运动野外实践课的内容安排原则、组织工作的原则以及对目标人群、活动资源的正确评估进行分析,指出出行前的计划与组织的重要性以及教师在户外运动实践课中的职责与角色。第三章福建医科大学户外运动课野外实践教学风险管理。福建医科大学户外运动课从现代风险管理学的视角出发,引入风险管理机制,确保了学校户外运动课的安全开展。对如何针对这项运动的教学与实践活动进行有效的风险评估与管理展开研究,可以为今后广大体育教师在从事户外运动教学时提供风险管理的方法与策略,防患于未然。第四章对福建医科大学户外体育社团的研究。本章对促进高校体育社团迅速发展的因素以及福建省现有的高校户外运动社团发展现状、主要功能进行分析,并指出高校户外运动社团对体育课程的影响；同时,分析了福建医科大学户外运动协会的现状,探讨了其面临的问题,并预测其将来的发展方向。最后,指出指导教师在户外运动协会发展过程中所起的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper take outdoor physical education of Fujian Medical University as the research object, aimed to show the status quo of outdoor sports lesson in Fujian Medical University. as well as how to the University, according to thecharacteristics of medical students, carried out the teaching mode of outdoor sports to adapt to the university.Through the teaching organization of Outdoor sports field practical lesson and the establishment of risk assessment system for it and explore a set of teaching modes and methods of it. In addition, colleges and universities through the analysis of outdoor sports community, pointed out:the students in the organization and the establishment of outdoor sports clubs, outdoor sports can better meet the teaching, to promote the popularity of outdoor sports in universities and development. The study of this topic for the further development of outdoor sports colleges and universities has a positive meaning, for more colleges and universities to carry out a useful reference for teaching outdoor sports, but also how to set up institutions for similar outdoor sports provide a reference for teaching.In this paper, the literature method, logical analysis, experimental research methods as well as case analysis and other research methods, based on the basis of previous studies made reference to previous studies and theories relevant information summarized in the following four point of view, Fujian Medical University Outdoor sports office to conduct a preliminary study of the theory and practice.The first chapter, Fujian Medical University, outdoor physical education and the status quo. This chapter first examines the development and popularization of our colleges and universities based on outdoor sports, followed by the opening of Fujian Medical University pointed out that the significance of outdoor sports classes, the final adoption of the following three aspects of outdoor sports lesson, Fujian Medical University, carried out analysis of the status quo:Fujian Outdoor sports courses offered by Medical History of a simple sort of Fujian Medical University, arrangements for outdoor physical education curriculum, including the arrangement of teaching hours, teaching objectives, teaching the basic requirements, textbooks, teaching schedule, assessment content, method and standards for 11 analysis; of Fujian Medical University, outdoor physical education and a detailed analysis of the case.Chapter II outdoor field practice, Fujian Medical University, class organization. This chapter mainly outdoor sports field, Fujian Medical University, the contents of the arrangements for practical classes in principle, the principle of the organization, as well as the target population, activities, resources for the proper assessment of the analysis, pointing out that pre-trip planning and the importance of the organization, as well as teachers in outdoor sports practical lesson in the responsibilities and roles. Chapter III the risk management of physical education and outdoor field practice teaching in Fujian Medical University. Outdoor sports lessons of Fujian Medical University learned from the modern risk management perspective, introducted risk management mechanism to ensure the safety of the outdoor sports classes to carry out. On how the campaign against the teaching and practice effective risk assessment and management to conduct research for the physical education teachers engaged in outdoor sports to provide risk management in the future, and teaching methods and strategies before they occur.Chapter IV The studies of the outdoor sports community in Fujian Medical University. IThis chapter have undertaken some analysis on the factors of rapid development of university sports associations as well as the development status and the main functions of existing outdoor sports community in universities of Fujian Province.Moreover it pointed out that the college outdoor sports communities on the impact of physical education; At the same time, it analysis the status quo of the Outdoor Association in Fujian Medical University, and discusses its problems and development direction in the future.
