【摘要】 近年来,高校贫困生问题的衍生和发展,已成为人们普遍关注的社会问题,引起党和政府的高度重视,政府、社会、高校、家庭一同关注家庭经济困难学生的氛围已经逐步形成。高校家庭经济困难学生问题的研究经历了一个由冷到热的过程,相关的政策研究,对高校家庭经济困难学生资助工作实践进行了有效的指导。然而,随着工作实践的不断发展和深入,我们也发现高校家庭经济困难学生问题研究中也存在着一些薄弱之处,如忽视学校差异和地区差异、忽视公众支持因素、忽视资助操作程序、忽视贫困大学生自助问题等等。本文在借鉴前人研究的基础上,截取家庭经济困难学生自助问题这一研究盲点,运用思想政治教育学、管理学、心理学、社会学等相关理论,结合当前国家有关家庭经济困难学生资助工作的政策体系,通过文献法,问卷法和访谈法等方法进行综合研究,审视经济困难学生自助能力现状和能力缺失的成因,最后对如何提升经济困难学生的自助能力进行分析,提出了对策探讨：一是必须遵循的原则；二是整合现有的资助资源提升经济困难学生的自助能力；三是结合实际引导和教育好学生；四是要侧重经济困难学生自我发展和综合素质的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the university lived the question impoverished the derivation and the development, has become the social question which the people paid attention generally, has caused the party and the government takes seriously, the government, the society, the university, the family paid attention to the home economics difficult student’s atmosphere already gradually to form together. The university home economics difficult student question’s research has experienced a very rapid development process, helped the working practice to the university home economics difficult student to carry on the effective instruction. However, develops unceasingly along with the working practice and thorough, we also discovered that in the university home economics difficult student question research also has some scotoma problem, like neglects the school difference and the regional disparity research, the neglect public supports the factor the research, the neglect subsidization operation sequence research, the neglect impoverished university student’s self-service question research and so on. This article in profits from the foundation which the predecessor studies, the interception economics difficult student helps oneself the question to study this research scotoma, through from thought discipline angles of view and so on politics pedagogy, management science, psychology, sociology, the union current country related the university home economics difficult student funds the work the policy system, through the literature law, quotas and so on questionnaire law and interview law and determines the nature of the method which unifies to conduct the research.
