煤矿电网自动化控制系统的设计及实现

【摘要】 变电所作为煤矿供电系统的重要环节是电网的主要监控点,变电所自动化控制依赖目前高速发展的工业控制网络及计算机软硬件技术,将变电所所需控制、保护、测量、事故记录、故障录波、调度等功能集中于一个系统平台,完成遥控、遥测、遥调、遥信功能实现变电所自动化控制。本文源于宝鸡秦源煤业变电所改造项目,通过介绍煤矿变电所自动化系统国内发展现状,并对煤矿综合信息网络进行了比较与分析后,提出了工业以太网是煤矿综合信息传输的最佳平台。分析了SCADA系统的功能要求,选择IFiX作为变电所自动化系统的HMI/SCADA解决方案,介绍了OPC技术并着重研究分析了自动化系统功能的实现。目前该自动化控制系统已上线运行,满足了秦源煤业变电所自动化控制的需求。

【Abstract】 Transformer substation as the important link of coal power supply system is grid major monitoring point.Transformer substation automatic control rely on the current rapid development of industrial control network, computer hardware and software technologies. It makes control, protection, measurement, accident records, fault recording, scheduling and other functions in one system platform, completing remote control, telemetry, remote adjustment, remote signaling and realizing transformer substation automatic control.This article comes from Baoji Qinyuan Meiye Company substation reconstruction project, introducing the current states of mine transformer substation system. With analyzing and comparing the coal comprehensive information network, we propose that industrial ethernet is the best platform for coal comprehensive information transmission. With analyzing of the SCADA system functional requirements, we select IFiX as the transformer substation automation system HMI / SCASA solution, and introducing the OPC technology and focuses on the automation system functions to achieve.At present the automatic control system has been running, and meet the needs of Qinyuan Meiye Company substation automation control.
