【摘要】 我国是一个有着悠久历史的渔业大国,渔业经济在农业经济中占有较大的比重,也是整个国民经济的重要组成部分。渔业是是沿海地区的传统产业,它的快速发展对促进整个沿海地区的经济增长起到了至关重要的作用。沿海是我国经济最发达的地区,其渔业资源丰富、交通便利、基础设施完善、对外开放程度高,而且沿海各省市渔业主管部门都高度重视渔业产业的发展,为其渔业经济增长和水产品进出口贸易的发展奠定了坚实的基础。本文主要采用理论分析和实证分析相结合的方法探讨了沿海地区水产品进出口贸易对渔业经济增长产生的影响,论文主体由以下五个部分组成：第一部分为绪论,主要介绍了本论文的研究背景及意义,总结和归纳了国内外相关内容的研究进展,并介绍了本文的研究方法与结构安排以及难点和创新点。第二部分为理论回顾,主要阐述了经济增长的概念,介绍了对外贸易促进经济增长的核心理论以及进出口贸易促进经济增长的作用机制。第三部分主要介绍了沿海地区渔业经济和水产品进出口贸易的发展现状,并测算了沿海各省市水产品的国际市场占有率。第四部分为沿海地区水产品进出口贸易对渔业经济增长影响的实证分析,先采用传统的方法测算了沿海地区水产品进出口贸易对渔业经济总产值的贡献率和拉动度,接着运用面板数据模型对沿海地区11个省、直辖市的相关数据进行实证分析,得出了沿海地区水产品进出口贸易对渔业经济增长的影响结果,最后分析了沿海地区水产品进出口贸易促进渔业经济增长的作用机制。第五部分为结论和政策建议,该部分主要在前几章分析的基础上做出总结并提出扩大沿海地区水产品进出口贸易规模以及更好的促进沿海地区渔业经济增长的政策建议。通过研究分析,最后得出了以下结论：(1)沿海地区渔业经济和水产品进出口贸易都呈现出良好的发展势头。(2)沿海地区的水产品在国际市场上的占有率比较可观。(3)沿海地区水产品进出口贸易对渔业经济增长具有积极地促进作用。(4)沿海地区还需制定更合理的水产品对外贸易发展战略,高度重视水产品质量安全,积极发挥政府和行业协会的作用,更好的促进渔业经济的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is a big fishery country which with a long history, the fishery economy account for a large proportion in agriculture economy, and it is also an impotant part of the entire national economy. Fishery is a traditional industry in coastal areas, and its rapid development can play an important role in promoting the whole economic development of coastal areas. The coastal areas are the-most economically developed region which with rich fishery resources and convenient transportation, sound infrastructure, opening up in a high degree, in addition, all the fishery authorities of coastal areas give great attention to the development of aquatic products, all these have laid a solid foundation for their fishery economy development and the import and export trade of aquatic products.This paper uses the method of theoretical and empirical analysis to study the impact on the growth of fisheries economy from import and export of aquatic products in coastal areas, and it is divided into five parts, the content arranged as follows:The first part is introduction. Mainly introduced the background and significance of this paper, summarized the dynamic state in home and abroad about related content, and then described the research methods and structure, and innovative points and shortcomings of this paper. The second part is review of relevant theories. Explained the concept of economic growth, then introduced the core theory about foreign trade to promote economic growth, and described the mechanism of import and export trade to promote economic growth. The third part analyzed the development situation of fishery economy and import and export of aquatic products in coastal areas, and measured the International Market Share of aquatic products in coastal areas. The fourth part empirical analyzed the impact on the growth of fisheries economy from import and export of aquatic products in coastal areas. Fist, we measured the pull degree and the contribution rate by traditional calculation method, and then used panel data model to empirical analyze the relevant data obtained from the eleven provinces and cities in coastal areas and got the related result, finally analyzed the mechanism of stimulation about import and export of aquatic products to fishery’s economic growth. The.fifth part described the conclusions and policy recommendations. This section proposed policy recommendations of expanding import and export trade scale of aquatic products and promoting fishery economic growth.Through research and analysis, we get the following conclusions:(1) The fishery economy and import and export of aquatic products in coastal areas are showing a good development momentum. (2) The international market share of coastal aquatic products is very impressive. (3) There has a positive effect in promoting fisheries economic growth from import and export trade of aquatic products. (4) Coastal areas need to develop a more rational development strategy of foreign trade, give more attention to quality and safety of aquatic products, and the government and industry associations should paly a better role to promote the fishery economic development.更多还原
