【摘要】 本文采用文献资料法、实地调查法和实际案例相结合的研究方法,从规划与设计的原理、原则及相关理论出发,阐述了别墅景观营造的要素及庭院景观营造的特点；并结合规划设计要求,总结归纳了别墅景观营造及规划设计的主要内容。最后以作者作为主要项目负责人实际参与的绿城宝业·绍兴玉园别墅景观为案例,具体阐述了研究的内容。本文主要内容有以下几个方面：1.引言部分：介绍了问题研究的背景、国内外研究动态、研究的目的、意义以及研究方法。2.别墅景观设计理论与原则部分：阐述了别墅景观设计相关理论基础及设计中应遵循的原则。3.别墅景观营造的主要内容：依据居住景观构成要素阐述了别墅景观及庭院景观营造的特点及主要内容。4.绿城别墅发展及其特征：介绍了绿城别墅发展的历程及不同阶段别墅的特征。5.玉园别墅景观营造：从别墅景观构成要素出发,结合别墅设计理论与原则,分别对玉园别墅公共景观和庭院景观构成要素的营造进行了详细阐述。6.结论：依据本文研究实际案例,提出别墅景观营造的原则与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the principles and relevant theory of planning and design, the landscape elements of villa and characteristics of courtyard landscape are discussed using the literature reviews, investigating method and actual case analysis. This paper also concludes and summarizes the major content of villa landscape construction, planning and design. In the end, the landscape construct factors of villa were studied by an example of Jade mansion. The main contents were as below:1. The preface introduces background, foreign and development, purpose, contents and methods of this study.2. The basic theory and principles of villa landscape planning and design were pointed out in second part.3. Based on landscape elements of habitations environment, villa landscape and the characteristics and main content of courtyard landscape were discussed.4. The development of villa in Green Town and its characters are introduced.5. The common landscape and courtyard landscape of Jade mansion were described in detail.6. Some advances and principles were put forward according as the actual case in conclusion.更多还原
