【摘要】 后工业社会的到来,使得城市结构和布局面临新一轮的调整,城区内已有的大量工业用地面临重新开发,杭州市也毫不例外。在注重经济、社会可持续发展的大背景下,在倡导生态环保、低碳节能、历史文化传承的今天,如何改造和重新利用在工业生产过程中被污染的环境和土地,如何审视和理解工业遗存的意义,它们究竟应何去何从,这些已成为城市规划、建筑、景观、生态及相关领域关注和研究的热点。本文通过概念解析和比较,对工业遗存景观更新的概念和研究范围进行了界定,并对工业遗存景观更新设计的相关理论进行了阐述。在对国内外工业遗存景观更新历程进行回顾和梳理的基础上,本文对国内外工业遗存景观更新代表性案例进行了详细分析,并围绕更新模式、设计理念和主导方式等三方面对国内外实践进行了比较。在对杭州市工业遗存及其景观更新历程和现状进行总体阐述的基础上,本文重点围绕杭州市工业遗存景观更新典型案例进行了详细介绍分析,并结合案例总结了经验和不足。最后,本文从管理层面和设计层面提出了杭州市工业遗存景观更新的策略和建议,以为杭州市今后的工业遗存景观更新提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The arrival of post-industrial society, is making the structure and layout of the city facing a new round of adjustment, a large number of industrial land in the city are faced with re-development, so as Hangzhou. While paying attention to economic and social context of sustainable development, environmental protection, low-carbon energy, historical and cultural heritage is promoted, how to transform and re-use the environment and land which are polluted in industrial process, how to examine and understand the significance of industry remains, what should they course to follow, all of these questions have become the research focus in urban planning, architecture, landscape, ecology and related areas.In this paper, the concept and scope on the regeneration of industrial remains landscape are defined by concept analysis and comparison, and related theory on the design regenerations of industrial remains landscape are described. Base on reviewing and sorting industrial landscape regeneration process at home and abroad, typical cases of industrial landscape regeneration are analyzed in detail in this study, and the comparisons are made between domestic and international practice on regeneration mode, design concept and the leading style.Base on reviewing industrial remains landscape regeneration process and status quo in Hangzhou, typical cases on industrial remains and landscape regenerations are analyzed in detail as a focus in this study.Base on typical cases experiences and inadequates are summarized.Finally, policy and suggestions on industrial remains and landscape architecture regeneration of Hangzhou is raised base on management and design level, which provides some references on industrial remains landscape regenerations of Hangzhou in the future.更多还原
