【摘要】 在日益激烈的市场竞争和高等教育的不断大众化背景下,伴随着市场对“人才”的重新定位和高校招生规模的不断扩大，大学生就业难问题已经成为社会各界关注的重点和难点。然而,从可持续发展的角度讲,加强对大学生的就业指导工作,将成为解决大学生就业难问题的重要途径和工作方向。本文分三章分别分析了我国当前大学生就业指导工作的现状、问题以及解决对策,以科学发展观的视角重新审视大学生就业指导工作。导论主要阐述本文的选题理由、学术界评论和论文创新点。新时期大学生就业指导工作,应该秉承以人为本的理念,用全面、协调、可持续的发展观为指导,从理论和实践两个层面来建构全方位多层次、全程化的就业指导工作体系。然而,目前学术界更多的是对大学生就业的关注和研究,对大学生就业指导研究较少、不够深入,而对于大学生就业和大学生就业指导问题的研究主要集中于1999年至今十年间,可以说研究起步较晚、尚处于初级阶段。本文则运用科学发展的理念探索大学生就业指导的工作内涵,立足于现实建构大学生就业指导的教育体系,深入探索新时期大学生就业指导的理论价值和实践意义。第一章主要是以当前大学生严峻的就业现状引出大学生就业指导工作的重要性和紧迫性；通过对我国目前大学生就业现状的分析,解析大学生就业面临的挑战和机遇,从而进一步构建大学生就业指导的内涵结构和工作构架。第二章主要是对我国当前大学生就业指导工作的现状进行了深刻的剖析,在剖析的基础上,挖掘其存在的诸多问题,以及出现这些问题存在的原因；第三章主要是针对第二章大学生就业指导工作中存在的问题,寻找理论根据和解决问题的途径,即以科学发展观为指导,从以人为本、全面、协调、可持续四条脉络,从政府、高校、大学生自身三个层面提出大学生就业指导工作的重点工作。总之,大学生就业指导工作是高校教育工作的一个重要组成部分,也是社会关注的热点,要从长远发展的角度统筹规划,合理安排,构建以学生为本,以市场需求为中心,全面、协调和可持续发展的就业指导体系,提高学生的综合素质和市场竞争能力,保证高校的可持续发展,培养出适应社会需求的毕业生,促进国家经济建设,保障社会稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the background of more intense market competition and mass higher education, the tough problem of college students employment has become the key and difficult point of all works of life with the expansion of enrollment scale and reorientation of talents for markets. However, as far as sustainable development is concerned, it will become the important approach and direction for solving this problem to strengthen the career guidance work of college students. This article is intended to not only analyze the status quo, problems and strategies but also rethink, in the view of the Scientific Outlook on Development, the career guidance works for college students in China today.The first part is introduction, mainly stating reasons for picking this topic, comments of academic circles, and innovation theories. University student’s career guidance in new period should follow the people-oriented idea, with a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development as a guiding, to build an all around, multi-level, all-processing career guidance system. However, at present, academic community is more concerned about employment of college students; few have been deeply researched concerning university student’s career guidance. Researches on employment of college students and university student’s career guidance are mostly in the decades since 1999, which can be said to be a late start and still in primary stage. This paper explores the significance of university student’s career guidance with scientific theory of development, constructs an educational system of university student’s career guidance based on reality, and deeply explores the theoretical value and practical significance of university student’s career guidance in new period.The second part is about to lead to the significance and urgency o f instructing college graduates employment by listing the current critical situation of college students’employment. By analyzing the current situation of college graduates employment, and thinking about the challenges and opportunities, we will move forward to structure the connotation and truss of work.The third part mainly dissects the current situation of instructing college graduates to find jobs in our country. Based on the dissection, we will excavate a great deal of problems in the instruction work and the reasons that lead to these problems. The fourth part following the third part which states the problems of the Graduates Career Guidance, is aimed at finding the theoretical basis and problem-solving approach to these problems. It is guided by the scientific development concept. It means a people-oriented, overall, coordinated and sustainable development. It requires us to propose the key work of the Graduates Career Guidance according to three aspects:the government, the universities and students themselves. Anyhow, Graduates Career Guidance is an important part of college education work, but also the focus of society, We should overall plan and rationally arrange the work from the perspective of long-term development. We should establish a Graduates Career Guidance based on students oriented, market demand-centered, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. So as to improve the students’ overall quality and market competitiveness, improve the sustainable development of colleges and universities, cultivate graduates who can adapt to the needs of society, promote national economic construction and ensure social stability.更多还原
