【摘要】 随着我国改革开放的不断深入,经济的快速发展,农村富余劳动力大量向城市转移,农民工涉足到各行各业,已成为我国改革开放和工业化、城镇化进程中涌现的一支新型劳动大军,已成为我国产业工人的重要组成部分,对我国现代化建设做出了重大贡献。然而,农民工在创造社会价值的同时,其自身安全问题显得越来越严峻,安全保障不到位,伤害事故层出不穷。铜陵市是一座以资源开采为基础、高危行业相对集中的工业城市。农民工在建筑业、矿山采掘业和危险化学品业等高危行业的从业人数占全市农民工从业人数的一半以上,如何切实保障这些农民工的安全生产是一个重要的课题。本文首先在阅读相关文献和查阅相关数据的基础上,了解我国安全生产的现状,分析探索农民工安全生产问题的根源,然后通过问卷调查深入探索铜陵市农民工安全生产问题的现状,按照国家解决农民工问题的有关方针政策,探索解决农民工安全生产问题的长效机制,并结合铜陵市的实际情况,结合典型案例分析,提出了稳妥解决铜陵市农民工安全生产问题的对策建议,如要健全规章制度体系,加强政府监督管理,落实企业主体责任,完善安全保障体系,强化安全教育培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of Chinese reform and opening up and the rapid development of its economy, the surplus rural labor transfers to the city in large, the farmer worker steps in the various trades and occupations, it has become a new labor army in our country reform and open policy and the industrialization, the urbanization advancement emerge, it has become an important part of China’s workers,and has made the significant contributions to China’s modernization construction, However, the farmer worker creates a large of social value, all the same its own security is becoming more and more serious, the safety security does not arrive, the injury accident emerges one after another incessantly.Tong ling is industrial city that it is based on resource exploitation, and high-risk profession is relatively concentrated. The farmer worker in the architecture industry, the mine excavation industry and the dangerous chemical industry and so on high-risk profession is employed the population to account for the whole city farmer worker being employed population more than 50%, how to guarantee their security is an important subject.Firstly, on the basis of reading relevant literatures and consulting relevant data, this paper understands China’s safety production situation, analyses and explores the root of safety problems of the farmer worker, and then through the questionnaire survey explores the safety production situation of the farmer worker in Tong ling, explores the long-effect mechanism of solving the safety production problems of the farmer worker in accordance with our country relevant policies about the safety problem of the farmer worker, finally with the actual situation of Tong ling city, with typical cases, Puts forward some countermeasures of solving the farmer worker’s production safety problems in Tong ling, such as perfects the system of rules and regulations, strengthens the government supervision and management, Implements enterprise’s main body responsibility, improves the system of the safety and security, Strengthens the training of safety education.更多还原
