兵团高校大学生兵团精神教育研究

【摘要】 以“热爱祖国、无私奉献、艰苦创业、开拓进取”为主要内涵的兵团精神,是兵团儿女在半个多世纪的屯垦戍边实践中形成的,和我们中华民族的伟大精神一脉相承,是中华民族精神在兵团的延续和具体体现,是民族精神的重要组成部分。兵团高校是兵团事业的重要组成部分,学校诞生依存于兵团,兵团精神也应融入到学校发展的全过程,成为推动学生成才的精神力量。在大学生中大力弘扬和培育兵团精神,能够增强他们的辨别力、创造力,并以饱满的热情投入到兵团宏伟的屯垦戍边事业中去。然而,实际上,兵团精神作为兵团高校思想政治教育的重要内容,作用发挥的并不充分,兵团精神教育的时效性并不强。针对这一现实,本文在综合运用教育学、政治学、社会学、历史学、心理学等多学科相关知识的基础上,并采用文献收集、系统研究和实地调研的方法对兵团高校兵团精神教育进行深入研究,以便能为增强兵团高校兵团精神教育的时效性提供帮助。本文在论述了兵团高校兵团精神教育的意义以及所存在的问题的情况下,有针对性地提出了解决对策。克服了前人一些研究仅仅停留在理论建构上的不足,这是本文创新之处。进行此项研究,可以进一步统一兵团高校学生和思想政治教育工作者的思想,廓清一些错误观念和认识,明确兵团高校大学生兵团精神教育的正确方向,以便建设一支热爱兵团、服务兵团、坚守屯垦戍边使命的高层次人才大军和兵团未来发展的引领力量。本论文有四部分组成:第一部分:主要交代论文的选题背景和研究意义,国内外相关研究的现状和不足,以及论文的研究思路和方法。第二部分:对兵团精神教育进行概述。首先对相关概念进行界定,论证兵团精神的形成和发展、内涵和时代价值,建立理论基础;最后提出兵团高校对大学生进行兵团精神教育的意义,即有利于增强兵团高校大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性、有利于更好地为兵团的屯垦戍边事业服务、有利于促进大学生的全面发展。第三部分:论述兵团高校大学生兵团精神教育的现状。首先论述兵团精神教育取得的经验;最后从教育观念、教育内容、教育途径、教育方法和教育的保障机制五个方面论述了兵团精神教育存在的问题,即教育观念落后,没有充分体现与时俱进;教育内容缺乏对兵团历史和现状的教育,对兵团精神也缺乏深度的剖析;教育途径作用发挥不充分;教育方法单一,缺乏情感性和艺术性;教育的组织保障和体制保障不完善。第四部分:针对大学生兵团精神教育存在的五个方面的问题提出了相应的对策。

To conduct the study, can be further unified corps of college students and ideological and political education workers thinking, clearance of a number of misconceptions and understanding, a clear spirit Army Corps of college students the right direction in order to build a love of Corps, Service Corps, which insists on settlements frontiers of high-level experts in the mission and the Corps to lead the future development of force.In this paper, there are four components:PartⅠ:the main account for the background papers and research topics of significance, at home and abroad status and lack of relevant research, as well as research papers ideas and methods.PartⅡ:overview of the Corps spirit. First, define the relevant concepts, demonstrate the formation and development corps spirit, meaning and value of the times to establish the theoretical basis; concludes Army Corps College of college students the meaning of spirit, that is conducive to enhancing Corps, the ideological and political education of college students targeted and effectiveness are conducive to better serve the cause of Zhunkenshubian Corps, and promoting the comprehensive development of students.PartⅢ:Corps discusses the status of university students Corps spirit.
