数字乡村三维可视化系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着我国新农村建设的步伐进一步加快,农村信息化也因此成为了当前发展的趋势,农业和农村信息化水平已逐渐成为一个国家农业现代化水平和农村综合实力的重要标志。数字乡村,作为农村信息化建设工作重要组成部分,通过建设多媒体信息网络、地理信息系统等基础设施平台,整合乡村信息资源,实现乡村社会经济信息化,越来越多地引起了社会的关注。目前,我国的GIS发展已经形成了比较完善实用的科学体系,WebGIS和3DGIS成为GIS未来的发展趋势。如何实现WebGIS和3DGIS的有效结合,为数字乡村工程更好地服务,本文结合数字乡村三维可视化系统的设计与实现,对以上问题作出了一定的研究。在总结已有理论研究的基础上,结合数字乡村的特点,本文提出了以Skyline为二次开发平台,开发数字乡村三维可视化系统的技术方案;对乡村三维景观模型构建作出了比较详细的研究和探索;在解决建模的基础上,成功实现了对三维地图漫游、定位导航、面积量算、信息查询等基本功能;优化图层管理,大大提高了数据的传输效率,缩短了浏览处理时间;研究实现了二、三维联动功能,提高了系统的易操作性与亲和力,使系统的管理和使用具有更广泛的普及性。本论文的理论研究及实践经验为WebGIS三维可视化的理论研究的深入起到了积极的作用,为WebGIS和3DGIS的结合实践提供了实用的方法和参考模型,对农村信息化的实现进行了探索性的试验,为今后数字城市的建立提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 As further speeds up along with the step of new rural reconstruction in our country, the level of agriculture and the rural informationalization has gradually become a important symbol of country agriculture modernization level and the rural synthesis strength. Digital Rural, as a important component of rural informationalization construction, through the construction of multimedia information networks, geographic information systems and other infrastructure platform, integrated rural information resources, realizes the rural society economy informationalization, has more and more aroused society’s interest. At present, our country’s GIS development had already formed the quite perfect practical scientific system, WebGIS and 3DGIS becomes the GIS future trend of development. How to realize WebGIS and the 3DGIS effective union, better serves the digital rural project, this thesis combines the three-dimensional visualization system of Digital Rural design and realize, has made certain research to the above question.At the conclusion of theoretical studies,based on the characteristics of Digital Rural, this thesis proposed taking Skyline as the re-development platforms and developing the three-dimensional visualization system of Digital Rural; making the detailed research and exploration to the rural three dimensional landscape model construction; in the solution modeling foundation, successfully realizing several basic function, such as three-dimension map roaming, localization and navigation, area measurement, information inquiry and so on; Optimize layers management, significantly improving data transmission efficiency and shortening the browser deal time; the implementation of the two-dimensional map and three-dimensional map linkage function, enhancing the system interoperability with the affinity, causing a more widespread popularization of system’s management and use.The theoretical research and practical experience of the thesis has played a positive role in the depth study at WebGIS and three-dimensional visualization, provided practical methods and reference mode for the combination of WebGIS and 3DGIS; carried exploring experiment in the realization of the rural informationalization; provided a reference basis for the future Digital City’s establishment.
