钦州市区岩土地基工程地质区划研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着北部湾经济区的建设,作为北部湾中心城市的钦州迎来了重要的发展机遇。各种招商引资项目纷纷签订,需要建设大量的厂房及相关基础设施,因而城市的范围需要不断扩大,城市建设的压力也越来越大。钦江西面的老城区已不能容纳更多的建筑及人口,城市的发展迫切需要有新的接替区来满足各类项目的建设。为了经济合理利用天然地基,科学规划与布置各类建筑物,减少城市建设中工程地质问题的发生,需要对钦州市区岩土地基工程地质环境进行研究。本文在研究国内外各城市岩土地基工程地质区划成果的基础上,结合钦州市区岩土地基工程地质环境的特点,制定出了适宜研究区岩土地基工程地质环境评价的指标体系。在体系的框架内详细分析了市区的地形地貌、岩土体特征、地下水特征、与岩土地基有关的地质灾害等影响因素,绘制出了各指标的专题图,并利用证据权法对市区岩土地基工程地质环境进行定量评价,根据后验概率得出市区岩土地基工程地质环境分区(也称地基条件分区)。本文以钦州市区为研究区域,总面积约24km2。根据评价结果,将研究区分为地基条件良好、一般、较差三个区。其中,地基条件良好的区域总面积3.48km2,占研究区面积14.49%。地基条件一般的区域总面积13.20km2,占研究区面积54.99%。地基条件较差的区域总面积7.32km2,占研究区面积30.52%。最后,从城区合理规划和经济合理选择建筑物基础的持力层两方面,提出了未来钦州市区的发展方向。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the construction of the North Gulf economic zone, Qinzhou-the center city of the gulf ushered in the important opportunity of development. All sorts of investment projects have signed, need of building construction and related infrastructure, thus need expanding the scope of city, the pressure of construction is increasing. The old area of Qinzhou cannot accommodate more architecture and population, there is need a new reserves of construction and project. In order to economic and rational utilization of natural foundation, scientific planning and layout of buildings, reduce the urban construction engineering geological problems of Qinzhou city, it is necessary to research the engineering geotechnical environmental of building’s foundation.Based on the study of domestic and foreign cities of engineering geotechnical division results, and on the basis of Qinzhou city of engineering geotechnical environment characteristics of foundation, formulate foundation evaluation index system that appropriate research area of engineering geotechnical environment. Within the framework of the system, to analying in detail city of landform, physicomechanical characteristics, groundwater characteristics, and the related geological disasters in soil foundation, draw the factors as the index of the project, and to provide evidence for urban method using soil foundation engineering geological environment, according to quantitatively evaluate of the posterior probability to draw engineering geotechnical environment in the district foundation division (also called foundation division).The area study of Qinzhou is about 24km2. According to the evaluation results, will distinguish with three kinds of foundation, the good field,general field, and the poor field. Among them, the total area of good foundation’ acreage is 3.48km2, account for 14.49%. the total area of general foundation’ acreage is 13.20km2, account for 54.99%. the total area of poor foundation’ acreage is 7.32km2, account for 30.52%. Finally, from the two aspects of city planning and economic rational selection of building foundation, to table a proposal of good develop of Qinzhou.
