ZY铅锌冶炼企业循环经济发展模式及竞争优势分析

【摘要】 我国是世界精铅锌产量最大的国家,但是铅锌冶炼的过程是一个高能耗、高污染的生产过程,随着工业的发展、资源的枯竭以及社会的进步,人们对生态、资源的保护和环保意识都在逐年加强,为此铅锌冶炼企业的发展受到前所未有的资源及环保压力。因此,如何在新工业发展时代找到企业的新的竞争优势,寻求企业可持续发展之道,推行循环经济发展是铅锌冶炼企业在资源与环保双重压力下的必然选择。循环经济以资源的高效、循环利用为目标,以“减量化、再利用、资源化”为原则,通过对物质闭路循环和能量梯次使用,使经济发展与生态环境形成一种最佳的组合状态。循环经济是一种新的经济发展形式,通过发展循环经济可以实现资源的高效、循环利用,从而解决资源与环保问题。铅锌冶炼企业属国家六大重点耗能行业之一,对资源的有效利用与对环境的合理保护都是铅锌冶炼企业提升企业竞争优势的有效途径。因此,铅锌冶炼企业要在资源与环保的压力下提升企业竞争优势,实现企业可持续发展,就必须发展循环经济。ZY是我国重要的铅锌冶炼企业之一,也是国内铅锌联合冶炼的代表企业。因此,本论文以循环经济为主要的研究对象,在深入分析循环经济的定义、起源及发展等理论的基础上,通过了解国内外循环经济发展模式,及循环经济与竞争优势的相关理论分析,以ZY企业循环经济建设为例进行专题研究。通过研究ZY企业发展的困境及面临的问题,探索企业发展循环经济的战略方案,并通过对ZY企业的循环经济发展模式的深入研究,分析ZY企业竞争优势的提升途径。从而对铅锌冶炼企业循环经济发展模式作了创新性和探索性研究,提供有效的借鉴。主要内容如下:1.详细研究了循环经济发展理论。研究循环经济定义、起源等理论;研究竞争优势理论及其与循环经济的关系;研究铅锌冶炼企业发展循环经济的必然性。2.详细研究ZY企业循环经济发展模式。ZY企业通过优化人力资源;实施基夫赛特炉直接炼铅、常压富氧直接浸出、生物制剂法废水深度净化循环利用以及废渣处理再利用等技术改造;打造良好的企业文化等循环经济战略构建,实现循环经济发展模式的有效运行。3.研究了ZY企业竞争优势的来源。通过分析ZY发展循环经济前后的相关技术、经济指标等,研究ZY企业发展循环经济而获得的资源、环保、技术及成本等竞争优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is the largest production countries for smelting zinc in the world, but it’s a high-energy, high-polluting production processes from smelting lead and zinc, with the industrial development and the resources is coming exhausted and the progress of society, people’s consciousness is stronger and stronger for conservation of ecology and resource and environmental, so the development of lead and zinc smelting enterprises face the unprecedented pressures from resources and environmental. Therefore, how to find the new competitive business advantage and achieve the Sustainable Development for enterprises in the new era of industrial development, it’s the inevitable choice for the lead and zinc smelting enterprises that it will implement development of the circular economy under the double pressure from resources and environmental protection.It’s the goal for recycling economy by efficient of resources and recycling , according to the principle of "reduce, reuse, recycle", through the closed circulation of material and energy use with echelon, so that it become an optimal combination of state for economic development and ecological environment, . Circular economy is a new form of economic development, through the development of circular economy can be achieved efficiently resources, recycling, resource and environmental problems to solve. Lead and zinc smelting enterprises are key energy-consuming industries and one of the six in China, through the effective use of resources and the reasonable protection of the environment,, we can enhance the competitive advantage for lead and zinc smelting enterprises. Therefore, under the pressure of resources and environmental protection, lead and zinc smelting enterprises must develop a recycling economy, so that enhance competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.ZY is an important lead and zinc smelting company, is one of the representatives of the domestic lead and zinc smelting joint enterprise. Therefore, the circular economy as the main object of study in this paper, through make in-depth analysis of the definition and origin of circular economy to the development of the theory basis, through the understanding of domestic recycling economy development model, and the theory of the circular economy and competitive advantage, ZY business cycle economic development to an example case studies. Through study the difficulties and problems in ZY enterprise development, to explore strategic business development of circular economy program, and through the business cycle ZY-depth model of economic development research, analysis ZY’s ways to enhance competitive advantage. Thus it’s an innovative and exploratory research for lead and zinc smelting business cycle model of economic development, and to provide an effective reference.Following major elements:1. Detailed study the theory of the development of circular economy.The definition of circular economy and theories of origin; theory of competitive advantage, and its relationship with the circular economy; the necessity of the development of circular economy for lead and zinc smelting business.2. Detailed study ZY’s model of cycle economic development. ZY enterprises through the optimization of human resources; the implementation of direct lead smelting furnace Jifusaite, atmospheric oxygen direct leaching, the method of purification of biological preparation to deal with wastewater and reuse of waste treatment and other technological transformation; create a culture of good corporate strategy for construction of circular economy to achieve circular economy development model effectively.3. Study the source of competitive advantage for ZY enterprise. Through analysed some relevant technical, economic indicators in ZY by the before and after of development of circular economy, to study ZY develop the circular economy to gain the competitiveness of resources available, environmental protection, technology and cost so on.更多还原
