H市国有控股水务(集团)公司高管薪酬模式的优化研究

【摘要】 随着我国国有企业改革步入国有资产管理体制和建立现代企业制度阶段,其高管的薪酬模式也越来越受到社会的普遍关注,如何科学、合理的确定高管的薪酬,这对做大做强国有企业、实现国有资产保值增值目标具有十分重要的现实意义。木文以H市国有控制水务(集团)公司为研究对象,首先对集团公司高管现有的薪酬模式进行了描述,分析了存在的主要问题及原因,在此基础上,综合考虑集团公司的经营规模、行业特点等内部和外部因素,提出了集团公司高管薪酬模式优化设计的基本原则、主要思路和保障措施等,以期对集团公司的改革和发展有所帮助。

【Abstract】 As China’s state-owned enterprises into state-owned assets management system and the establishment of modern enterprise system, stage, mode of executive pay are increasingly subject to the universal concern of the community, how to scientifically and reasonably determine executive pay, which is bigger strong state-owned enterprises, increasing the value of state assets, target of great practical significance. Paper the state-controlled city to H Water (Group) Company for the study, the first executive of the Corporation existing pay model described, analyzed the main problems and reasons, on this basis, considering the group of business size, industry characteristics and other internal and external factors, group executive pay model put forward the basic principles of optimal design, the main ideas and protection measures to the reform and development of the group helpful.
