成看所监控系统开发项目进度管理和质量控制

【摘要】 近年来,随着网络在我国的普及和深化发展,监控系统成为了安防工程中蓬勃发展的一种新的网络多媒体典型应用。本文基于成都市看守所安防系统的实际运行情况,针对监控系统中较为陈旧老化的技术系统提出了安全技术防范改造方案,推行出了一套技术含量高的能达到看守所技术防范要求的新方案。文中对项目工程施工的时间进度进行计划编制与控制过程和方法进行研究和梳理,以成都市看守所安防系统为研究对象,围绕目标工期的要求对项目进行分解、逻辑分析。再以项目管理软件为工具编制进度计划。在项目中,需要协调各种影响因素之间的关系,应用各种可行方法和措施,在兼顾费用、安全、质量控制目标的同时,努力达成进度计划目标,保障进度计划的实现。系统完全满足成都市看守所的现实需求,本系统对同类工程及项目有较好的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recent years, the information construction of all enterprises and institutions is being deepened constantly with the network popularization and promotion developed in our country, this paper based on Chengdu City Detention Center Monitoring System’s actual operation, and considering about the older technology, proposed security technology transformation program to implement a set of high-tech detention center technology to achieve new programs against the requirements.In this paper, according to the ways of planning the construction project schedule and the research of the control process and methods, we take the Chengdu Monitoring System as the research object, decompose the project and do the logic analysis around the target of time limit for the project. The research is based on the milestone of schedule. We make the progress schedule by software, analyze the factors that influence the progress during the construction project, coordinate the relation between the factors, use the different ways to achieve the target of the progress schedule and make the progress come true at the same time of controlling the cost, safety, quality targets.The system meets the realistic needs of the detention house of Chengdu city, and it has referential value for the similar projects and items.更多还原
