胜利船舶人工成本控制管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 人工成本控制管理系统是目前国内外大中型企业新兴的企业人工成本控制管理模式,基于先进的软件和高速大容量的硬件基础,通过集中式的信息库,实现自动处理人工成本信息、员工自助薪酬服务以及自动报表等服务,达到有效控制人工成本、改进员工薪酬发放模式的目的。因此,本人结合人工成本控制管理的要求,经过详细的分析和调查,主要是针对胜利船舶的人工成本情况,首先完成了本系统的需求分析工作。然后,根据需求分析详细设计了系统的总体方案、各子系统方案和数据库方案。根据设计方案完成了代码编写工作。最后,对系统功能进行了测试及修改。本系统采用ASP.NET2.0作为开发工具,脚本语言为c#语言。后台数据库采用SQL Server2005,利用ADO.NET数据库访问技术实现对数据库的管理操作。系统体系结构采用B/S模式。系统界面采用AJAX技术,力求简洁、易用,在标准化的基础上考虑界面的美观和新颖。网站发布采用IIS技术实现,部署运行在windows XP系统上。本系统实现了企业人工成本控制管理的自动化,为企业的决策层提供了准确、精细、迅速的人工成本信息。本系统的应用不仅仅改进了企业的管理方式、优化了企业人工成本管理,更是革新了企业的人工成本管理理念,全面提高了企业内部的运行效率和管理水平,增强了企业的核心竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Labor cost control management system is a new model for Labor cost control in Medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, based on the advanced software and high-speed and large capacity hardware, through a centralized repository of information, to realize the service such as automatically labor cost information processing, employee self-pay services, and automated reporting services. We can reach to the purposes of effective control of labor costs and improving staff salaries paid model.Therefore, I combined with the request of labor cost control management, after a detailed analysis and investigation, mainly against the labor cost situation of Shenli Shipping Company, Complete the system requirements analysis at first. Then, based on the requirements analysis, complete the detailed design of the system’s overall program, the sub program and database program. Next, complete the coding work according to the design. Finally, test and modify the system functions.The system uses ASP.NET2.0 as a developing tool, scripting language is the c # language. Background database uses SQL Server2005, ADO.NET database access technology realizing the database management operations. System Architecture uses B / S mode. System interface uses AJAX technology, to be brief and ease of use, considering beautiful and original based on the standardization of the interface. Websites uses IIS technology, the system is running on windows XP.The system enables the automation of Labor Cost Control management. And it provides an accurate, precise, rapid changing in Labor Cost information for decision-makers.
