共享式的士管理系统研发与实现

【摘要】 随着国民经济的飞速发展和城市化进程的明显加速,城市机动车拥有量不断攀升。庞大的机动车数量带来了交通需求量的剧增,因此各项矛盾日益突出,交通阻塞、交通事故、能源消费和环境污染等社会问题日趋恶化。这一切现象都表现出,城市交通问题己经成为影响城市功能正常发挥和可持续发展的一个全局性问题。由于的士已经成为城市公交系统的重要组成部分,所以提高的士的运营效率成为缓解交通压力的有效途径。通过对的士行业的调查及车辆调度相关技术的深入研究,本文设计了一种基于全球定位系统、地理信息系统、全球移动通讯系统的士智能调度管理系统。本系统将目前车辆调度监控系统中使用最为广泛的短消息通信和通用分组无线服务通信方式作了合理的融合,提高了数据实时通信的可靠性。整个系统基于客户端/服务器结构,采用了中间件技术。由中间件完成调度中心与车载终端的通信,通过中间件对车辆的各种信息进行了新的、统一的封装,在中间件和客户端之间采用更高层的通信协议。同时对调度监控中心软件的功能进行了优化设计等。整个系统具有分布式、高效率、大容量、高精度、高稳定、低费用等优势。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the national economy and significant speedup the of urbanization process, urban motor vehicle ownership is increasing. Large number of motor vehicles have brought dramatic increase in traffic demand, so all the conflicts have become more and more prominent: traffic congestion, traffic accidents, energy consumption and environmental pollution etc., these social problems are worsening day by day. All these shows, urban transport have becoming a global issue that affects the city normal functioning and sustainable development. As an important part of the public transportation system, improving the efficiency of taxi operations becomes to an effective way to relieve traffic pressure.Through the investigation of taxi business and the intensive study of correlation technique, it is discussed the taxi intelligent dispatcher system which is based on GPS, GIS, GSM/GPRS. This system reasonably mixed GSM SMS communication and GPRS communication that are most popular used in the Vehicle control and supervision system, improved the reliability of real-time data communication. Middleware is used in this system which is based on client/server construction. The communication between dispatcher center and car terminal, and information of cars encapsulated uniformly in a new way are done by middleware. Higher communication protocol is adopted between middleware and client. At the same time, function of navigating and tracking are added in this system. Besides, the whole system has the advantages of distributed, high efficient, large capacity, high accuracy, high stability, low cost etc.
