索尼中国信息系统成本控制问题的研究

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了索尼公司的背景情况,对索尼中国的现状加以分析,并通过参照公司对比的方法对索尼(中国)有限公司在信息系统运行维护方面的成本进行具体的比较分析,提出索尼中国的信息系统成本过高的问题。接着对索尼中国信息系统高成本原因加以分析。成本过高只是表面现象,其背后必定有管理或者运营的问题,而造成索尼中国信息系统成本过高的原因就是系统众多、管理混乱。通过组织7要素分析,判断索尼中国在新信息系统成长模型中所处的阶段,根据所处阶段的特点说明索尼中国系统众多、管理混乱的原因。通过矩阵式组织结构对索尼中国信息系统管理和建设的影响,说明组织结构如何造成索尼中国信息系统众多、管理混乱。最后提出解决索尼中国信息系统成本问题的方案。通过组织结构改造和管理结构改造以减少横向上的信息系统数量、强化信息系统的管理,从而降低索尼中国的信息系统成本。通过业务流程重组对纵向上的信息系统进行合并,从而降低索尼中国的信息系统成本。

【Abstract】 First we introduce the background of Sony Corporation, analysis the current situation of Sony China. Then we initiate the problem of thesis that the running cost of information system of Sony China is so high through the comparison between a reference company.Second we analysis reason of the high running cost of information system of Sony China. High running cost is only a phenomenon, there must have some administration problem and operation problem behind. The reason why running cost of information system of Sony China is so high is that the management of information system is disordered and we have too many system. Through the analysis of organization 7S, we define the phasing of Sony China in the new information system growth module. According to the character of the phasing which Sony China stayed, we explain the reason why the management is disordered and why we have so many system. Through the analysis of how organization structure influence the information system building and management, we explain the reason why the management is disordered and why we have so many system.Final, we suggest the method how to solve the problem. Through the organization re-structure and management re-structure, we want to combine the system between operation group and enhance the information system management. Through the BPR, we want to combine the system which is for the different operation in the same procedure.
