基于TCT的非机动车公交站安全性分析

【摘要】 非机动车由于缺乏车舱的保护是交通行为中的弱势群体。随着汽车行业的迅猛发展,非机动车的行驶空间受到不断排挤,交通环境和安全状况严峻。公交站点是公共汽车交通系统的重要组成部分,在未进行机非隔离的公交站机非混合容易引发非机动车的交通事故。因此对非机动车在公交站的安全性进行分析,并提出相应的整改措施,对减少事故,提高道路安全水平有着十分积极的作用。本文首先分别对非机动车特性和公交站特性进行了分析。引入交通冲突技术对公交车进出站过程非机动车的行驶特性和可能发生的交通冲突进行分析。以北京10个公交站为例,选取非机动车道宽度、停车间隙距离、当量交通量及距交叉口距离四个因素对非机动车在公交站发生的三种冲突进行影响分析,进而建立冲突预测模型。运用灰色理论对交通冲突指标建立评价标准,得到非机动车在公交站的安全评价模型。最后,使用以上的非机动车公交站交通冲突预测模型,选取两个公交站进行非机动车安全性分析,并针对性提出整改措施。

【Abstract】 The non-motor vehicle riders without cabin protected are the vulnerable group in traffic. With the rapid development of automobile industry, the traffic space of non-motor vehicles is increasingly occupied and the traffic environment and safety grows severer. Bus stops are the important parts of bus traffic system and the bus stop without vehicle-bicycle isolation is a potential point which tends to have traffic accident. So conducting safety analysis of non-motor vehicles in the bus stop and making corrective measurements has positive meaning to reduce accidents and increase road safety.The paper first separately analyzed the characteristics of the non-motor vehicle and bus stop. Then the TCT (Traffic Conflict Technology) was used to analyze the potential routes of non-motor vehicle at the bus stop and the possible traffic conflicts. Based on the data of 10 bus stops in Beijing, the influence analysis of the four factors (the width of the non-vehicle lane, parking gap distance, distance to the nearest intersection and MPCU) to the three kinds of conflicts for the non-motor vehicle at the bus stop was made and the conflict anticipation model was built. The paper set the assessment standards with the grey theory and got he safety assessment model.In the end the non-motor vehicle safety at two bus stops were assessed with the conflict anticipation model and improving suggestions were made.
