油管螺纹的机器视觉检测及修复方法

【摘要】 随着石油工业的发展,对油管的需求越来越大,油管的失效也相应增多,由于油管的主要失效多半发生于油管联接螺纹处,因此对油管螺纹的检测及修复加工就显得尤为必要了。本文设计了一种在螺纹加工数控机床上对加工的油管螺纹工件进行检测并自动对刀修复的方法。螺纹的修复按照原有螺纹螺旋线的方向进行进刀修复,能够降低修复成本,减少材料浪费,提高经济效益;采用机器视觉的方法,将CCD相机固定与挡板做同步运动,拍摄获取螺纹图片并通过计算机进行图像分析,这种非接触式的测量方法结构紧凑、精度高、速度快;开发了图像处理软件,通过对螺纹图片的处理与分析(图像采集模块、图像处理模块、螺纹参数求解模块),得出了螺纹螺距和修复螺纹所需的对刀回转角度,从而控制机床与刀具进行修复加工。本文提出了一种利用图像分析的方法计算出对刀回转角度,省去了利用光电编码器调整零位信号的繁琐控制;本文亦提出了一个针对螺纹图像处理的简易阈值分割算法,为后续的螺纹图像处理方法提供了新思路。

【Abstract】 With the development of petroleum industry, the need of oil pipe becomes larger and larger. Nevertheless, the failure of oil pipe also appeared. Because failure of oil pipe always happened on the connection thread of oil pipe, the importance of detection and renovation of thread is very obvious.In this article, a method of detection and renovation of thread piece on CNC is presented. The renovation of the damaged workpiece according to its original thread helical line can reduce the production costs, waste of material and finally enhance economic efficiency. The non-contact measurement way, which using CCD camera fixed on baffle to obtain thread picture and analyze picture with computer(machine vision), has the characteristic of compact structure, high precision and speed. A program is developed to process the thread picture, which including image collection module, image process module and thread parameter solution module, and finally achieve thread pitch and the emendation of rotating angle. In the end, the renovation machining start according to these data.This paper presents a method of picture analysis, instead of using electro-optic encoder to control system, to solute the emendation of rotating angle. Another graphics algorithm of threshold segmentation is introduced for thread picture process especially to provide a new clues in future picture process.
