【摘要】 目的：观察中西医结合并择时给药治疗Hp相关慢性胃炎的疗效,初步探讨中医时间疗法的临床应用。方法：将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为3组,对照组(三联用药),治疗1组(三联用药+加味半夏泻心汤,辰时、戌时服药),治疗2组(三联用药+加味半夏泻心汤,常规时间服药),比较三组患者临床症状缓解率,Hp根除率,停药后随访6个月复发率的差异。结果：临床症状缓解率：对照组有效率74.47%,治疗1组有效率97.87%,治疗2组有效率93.62%。三组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)：两两比较对照组与治疗1组(p<0.05)、对照组与治疗2组(p<0.05),差异均有统计学意义,但治疗1组与治疗2组比较无统计学意义(p>0.05)。Hp根除率：对照组根除率48.93%,治疗1组根除率82.97%,治疗2组根除率72.34%,三组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。两两比较对照组与治疗1组(p<0.05)、对照组与治疗2组(p<0.05),差异均有统计学意义,但治疗1组与治疗2组差异无明显统计学意义(p>0.05)。停药后6个月随访,观察三组药物远期疗效：三组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)；两两比较对照组与治疗1组(p<0.05)、对照组与治疗2组(p<0.05),差异均有统计学意义,但治疗1组与治疗2组差异无明显统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗Hp相关慢性胃炎在改善症状、根除Hp及减少复发等方面优于单纯西药组；中西医结合治疗择时给药与常规时间给药虽无明显统计学差异,但择时给药比常规用药有增强疗效趋势,有待扩大样本量以进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of timed administration by TCM WM (integrated traditional and Western medicine) on chronic gastritis associated with Hp.Methods:141 patients were randomly divided into three groups:47 patients of control group received Three-drug treatment;47 patients of trial group 1 received TCM WM treatment at a specific time; 47 patients of trial group 2 received TCM WM treatmente in normal hours. After therapy, gagtroscope,14C expiration experiment,the scores of symptoms and recurrence rate were examined.Result:The total effective rate of control group, trial group 1 and trial group 2 was 74.47%,97.87% and 93.62% respectinely. The clinical effect of trial group 1 was higher than that of control group(p<0.05).The clinical effect of trial group 2 was higher than that of control group(p<0.05).there was no statistic difference between trial group 1 and trial group 2 (p>0.05)Hp eradication rate of control group,trial group land trial group 2 was 48.93%, 82.97% and 72.34% respectinely. The clinical effect of trial group 1 was higher than that of control group(p<0.05).The clinical effect of trial group 2 was higher than that of control group(p<0.05).there was no statistic difference between trial group 1 and trial group 2 (p>0.05)Recurrence rate in six months:The clinical effect of trial group 1 was higher than that of control group(p<0.05).The clinical effect of trial group 2 was higher than that of control group(p<0.05).there was no statistic difference between trial group 1 and trial group 2 (p>0.05)Conclusion:The effect of TCM WM on chronic gastritis associated with Hp is better than that of western medicine alone.Although there was no statistic difference between two trial groups, trial group 1 have more effective cases than trial group 2 do.So,we will get a large sample study to observe this difference in the future.更多还原
