【摘要】 目的：探讨硝矾散治疗肛肠病术后肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法：将60例肛肠病术后肛门瘙痒症患者随机分为硝矾散组(治疗组)30例和花子叶汤组(对照组)30例,观察并记录两组临床症状的变化,比较两组临床疗效之间的差异。结果：治疗组愈显率为80%,总有效率为100%,对照组愈显率为23.3%,总有效率为80%,两组总疗效比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显高于对照组；治疗后治疗组症状的改善明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：硝矾散治疗肛肠病术后肛门瘙痒症疗效高,优于花子叶汤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect in treating anal pruritus after anorectal surgery with Xiao Fan San(XFS).Methods:60 cases of anal pruritus after anorectal surgery were divided into two groups at random:The therapy group with 30 cases was employed XFS. The compare group with 30 cases was treated by Hua Zi Ye Tang(HZYT).In the study,before and after treatment,the clinical symptom and the related indexes,such as curative effect was observed.ResuIts:The therapy group,cure and obvious effect rate was 80% with total effect rate of 100%,compared with the compare group cure and obvious effect rate was 23.3% with total effect rate of 80% and there were notable difference between two groups(P<0.05). The improving level of symptom after employed more significantly in the treated (P<0.05).Conclusion:the curative effect in treating anal pruritus after anorectal surgery with XFS is greater than HZYT.The efect can be achieved by improving the curative effect.更多还原
