【摘要】 目的：本课题认为阴虚痰凝血瘀是精液不液化的病机关键,提出了滋阴化痰活血的治疗方法,并通过临床研究观察其疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例(化凝汤)和对照组30例(知柏地黄丸),观察两组治疗前后的液化时间、精子活率、精子活力、精子密度的比较。结果：治疗组总有效率为86.66%,对照组总有效率为60%。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：滋阴化痰活血法能促进精液液化,在改善精液液化时间,精子活率,精子活力,精子密度方面显著优于对照组,是治疗该病的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Considering Yin deficiency coagulated phlem and blood stasis is the key pathogenesis of nonliquefaction of semen, we use the method of nourishing Yin resolving phlegm and promoting blood to treat the disease in this study.The effect is observed in out patient.Method:60 cases are divided into 2 groups at random,30 cases in treatment group(huaning decoction), and 30 cases in control group(zhi bai di huang pill). Liquefaction time,sperm motility, the rate of live sperm, sperm density were evaluated before and after treatment.Result:The treatment group has an efficiency of 86.66%,and the control group have an efficiency of 60%.There is significant difference between them(P<0.01).Conclus:Nourishing Yin resolving phlegm and promoting blood can promote semen liquefying,significantly better than the control group in improving liquefaction time,sperm motility, the rate of live sperm, sperm density. The method of nourishing Yin resolving phlegm and promoting blood is a good way to treat this disease.更多还原
