SMA的化学改性及压敏微胶囊的制备研究

【摘要】 采用溶液聚合法制备了功能性大分子乳化剂苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物(SMA),并以乙醇、正丁醇和正辛醇等一系列酯化剂对主链结构进行了部分酯化改性。初步表征了改性产物的结构,考察了反应条件对产率、黏度和酯化度的影响,并测定了SMA水溶液在制备微胶囊过程中降低表面张力能力和乳化分散效果。以SMA水溶液为乳化剂,密胺树脂预聚物为壁材,采用原位聚合法,对无色染料结晶紫内酯进行包覆。采取三步调酸法控制壁材固化反应速率,考察了乳化条件、乳化剂用量、固化反应pH值和壁材/芯材的质量比等对微胶囊性能的影响。通过优化工艺条件,制备了表面光滑,单壳单壁,平均粒径1.8μm,粒径分布0.5μm-2.0μm,溶剂挥发率低于5.0%的无色染料微胶囊。首次提出了对烷基水杨酸锌显色剂树脂进行微胶囊化包覆的制备新工艺,并探索了新工艺的可行性,考察了芯材溶剂的选择、乳化剂的pH值、质量分数和用量,水杨酸锌树脂的质量分数和固化温度等对微胶囊性能的影响。结果表明:制备显色剂树脂微胶囊的表面光滑,球形完整,特别是制备显色剂树脂微胶囊的粒径可控,平均粒径是无色染料微胶囊的2-5倍(4.0μm),粒径分布(0-10μm),具有良好的显色效果。基本达到了实验的设计目的,为采用一步法制备无碳复写纸的涂布新工艺提供了理论基础和实验方法。

【Abstract】 The functional polymer styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer(SMA) is prepared by using the solution polymerization method, and the esterification agents such as ethanol, butanol, octanol are used on further part esterified modification for the main chain of SMA. The structure of modified SMA is characterized, the effect of the reaction conditions on the yield, viscosity, and degree of esterification for SMA are studied, and the ability to reduce surface tension and the effect of emulsification are determined.The pressure-sensitive color-developing microcapsules are prepared by using the in-situ polymerization method with the SMA aqueous solution, where the colourless dyestuff is used as core and melamine resign as cyst wall. The three-step method is used to control the reaction rate. The effect of the conditions of emulsification, amount of emulsifier, the pH of curing reaction and mass ratio of cyst wall to core materials on the performance of the pressure-sensitive color-developing microcapsules are studied. The results show that the microcapsules prepared with optimized technological conditions are with smooth surface, single core and single wall, the average particle size is 1.8μm, the particle size is distributed in the range of 0.5μm to 2.0 pm, and the rate of solvent evaporation is less than 5.0%.The zinc alkyl salicylic acid resin microcapsules are prepared for the first time, and explore the feasibility of the new process. The effect of the choice of core material solvent, the pH, mass fraction and the quantity of the emulsifier, mass fraction of reagent resin and curing temperature on the performance of reagent resin microcapsules are studied. The results showed that the prepared microcapsules are smooth and spherical with good color density, specially can control the the particle size of reagent resin microcapsules. The average particle size is 2-5 times the average particle size of the pressure-sensitive color-developing microcapsules(4.0μm), particle size distribution is narrow-dispersed (0 to 10μm). The experiment achieves the basic design purpose, which provides a theoretical basis and experimental method for the new one-step coating of the preparation of the carbonless paper.
