【摘要】 目的：观察痰瘀风清丸治疗痰瘀风动型帕金森病(PD)的临床治疗效果,并探讨其作用机理。方法：年龄段在45-75岁病例70例,随机分为治疗组35例,对照组35例。对照组予美多巴口服治疗,治疗组在继予原美多巴量口服治疗的基础之上,同时予痰瘀风清丸治疗。3个月为一疗程,一个疗程后,对两组进行统一PD评定量表(UPDRS)评分及评分差值变化和中医病症变化情况比较。结果：比较两组治疗前后统一PD评定量表(UPDRS)评分及评分差值变化和中医病症变化情况,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01或p<0.05)。结论：痰瘀风清丸加美多巴治疗帕金森病与单用美多巴治疗相比可使患者的精神、行为和情绪、日常活动能力、运动功能和中医病症条目得到明显改善,且毒副作用小、安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of treating TanYuFengDong Parkinson with TanYuFengQing pill,and explore its mechanisms.Method:70 cases of patients (age ranging between 45～75)were divided into two groups,35cases for control group and 35 cases for treatment group.patients from control group have been treated with Madopar,while those from treatment group have been treated with the same dose Madopar plus TanYuFengQing pill,for three month as a treatment course.after one course,a comparatie study of and curative effect on the two groups of patients is conducted.Result:compare the two groups between their pre and post treatments with a unified rating scal of PD(UPDRS).Curative effect from the treatment group is much better than that of the control group(P<0.01 Or P<0.05).Conclusion:Compare the use of TanYuFengQing pill plus Madopar with that of merely Madopar to treat Parkinson,the former group can notaly improve such patients daily activity and motion function.the treatment has been proved with features of little side effects, safty and reliabilty.更多还原
