【摘要】 目的：观察不同的介入时机针刺十七椎穴治疗原发性痛经的疗效差异,为单穴针刺治疗原发性痛经介入时机的选择提供客观的临床依据,最终确立针刺治疗原发性痛经的最佳介入时机。方法：在针刺穴位、手法相同的前提下,将124例原发性痛经患者随机分为三组：第一组为经前针刺组,在月经前3-7天进行针刺；第二组为疼痛即刻针刺组,在经期疼痛时进行针刺；第三组为空白对照组。观察三组之间三个月经周期COX痛经症状评分量表(the Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale)的变化,并比较三组之间的差异。结果：针刺后经前针刺组与疼痛即刻针刺组三个月经周期比较,CMSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均能显著地改善原发性痛经患者的不适症状。但在总体趋势上,经前针刺组优于疼痛即刻针刺组。针刺治疗组与空白对照组三个月经周期比较,CMSS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经前与疼痛即刻时针刺十七椎均能明显减轻原发性痛经的症状,可见不同介入时机对十七椎穴治疗原发性痛经疗效无显著性影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study observed the effect of different time acupuncturing Shiqizhui (EX-B7) in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Provide objective clinical basis for selecting the acupunture intervention time treating primary dysmenorrhea with single acupoint,and consequently establish the best time to intervene.Methods:124 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into three groups under the same acupoints and manipulation:the premenstrual treatment group, about 3-7 days before menstruation for acupuncture; pain instantly acupuncture group, acupunctured when menstrual pain; and the control group. Observe three months period among the three groups COX dysmenorrhea symptoms rating scale (the Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale) changes, and compare the differences between the three groups.Result:After the treatment, The CMSS scores had no statistical difference between premenstrual group and pain instantly acupuncture group(P>0.05). They both can significantly improve symptoms in patients with primary dysmenorrhea. However, there was trend which the premenstrual treatment group had better effect than the pain instantly acupuncture group. The CMSS scores have statistical difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncturing Shiqizhui (EX-B7) before menstruation and during menstrual pain can both alleviate the symptoms of primary dysmenorrhea,thus we can conclude that different intervention time has no significant influence on the effectiveness of acupuncturing Shiqizhui (EX-B7).更多还原
