清热散结杀胚方治疗未破损期早期异位妊娠的临床观察

Clinical Research on Treating the Nonbroken Period of Early Ectopic Pregnancy with the Qing Re San Jie Sha Pei Decoction

【摘要】 目的:探讨清热散结杀胚方保守治疗未破损期早期异位妊娠的临床疗效,并与宫外孕Ⅱ号进行比较,以探索更为有效的治疗方药。方法:将60例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组,即治疗组(清热散结杀胚方)30例和对照组(宫外孕Ⅱ号方)30例。分别观察两组的血β-HCG水平下降情况、异位妊娠包块吸收情况、月经复潮情况及输卵管复通情况。结果:治疗组及对照组两组治愈率分别为96.67%、76.67%,治疗组总疗效比对照组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。血β-HCG下降至正常所需时间、月经复潮时间及异位妊娠包块吸收时间比较,治疗组均短于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组输卵管复通情况优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:清热散结杀胚方具有明显的杀胚作用,可有效改善患者盆腔血液循环状况,加速早期异位妊娠包块的吸收、消散,并可促进输卵管的复通及功能恢复,最大限度的保留患者的生育能力。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of treating the nonbroken period of early ectopic pregnancy with the Qing Re San Jie Sha Pei Decoction, and compared with the ectopic pregnancyⅡ, to explore more effective treatment prescriptions.Methods:60 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group (Qing Re San Jie Sha Pei Decoction,n=30) and the control group (ectopic pregnancyⅡ, n=30).The two groups were separatelyobserved decline in (3-HCG levels, ectopic pregnancy mass absorption, the situation of Menstruation and tubal recanalization conditions.Results:The treatment group and control group from the cure rates were 96.67%,76.67%, the total effect of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05), the difference was significant.Serumβ-HCG to normal time, Menstruation mass absorption time and the time of ectopic pregnancy mass absorption compared with the treatment group, the control group used a shorter time, the difference was significant (P<0.05); fallopian tube recanalization as compared to treatment group than in the control group used a short time, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qing Re San Jie Sha Pei Decoction not only has the obvious effect to kill embryos, but also to improve the status of the pelvic circulation is beneficial to the absorption and dissipation of early ectopic pregnancy mass, to promote the recanalization and functional recover of the tubal, for the maximum retention patient fertility.
