【摘要】 目的：应用中医药综合疗法治疗葡萄膜炎,观察其临床疗效,并为规范中西医治疗葡萄膜炎方案提供依据。方法：将符合纳入标准的葡萄膜炎患者,先确定其葡萄膜炎类型,再将每一类型的所属葡萄膜炎患者按随机化原则分在治疗组和对照组,共329例。其中治疗组167例,226眼。对照组162例,223眼。治疗组以中医药综合疗法治疗,对照组以西医治疗。观察临床疗效、症状和体征缓解程度、视力提高、病程、复发率、糖皮质激素的不良反应等临床资料。结果：临床研究表明,治疗组总体与对照组相比,其在临床疗效、缓解临床症状和体征、视力提高、复发率、减少糖皮质激素的不良反应方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组总体优于对照组；两组总体在病程长短上差别不明显(P)0.05)。结论：中医药综合疗法治疗葡萄膜炎取得了较好的临床效果,具有明显提高临床疗效、缓解症状和体征、提高视力、减少复发、减少糖皮质激素的不良反应等优点,是一种安全有效、疗效较好、患者依从性较好的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Treating the uveitis with the traditional chinese medicine composite treatmentes, to observe its clinical curative effect, and to provide the basis for the standard treating plan of the uveitis with the traditional chinese medicine and western medicine. Method:Selected 329 the uveitis patients who conform to the standard, to decide the type of the uveitis first, and then put the patients of each of the uveitis into the treatment group and the control group according to the randomisation principle,167 cases (226 eyes)in the treatment group,162 cases(223 eyes) in the control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional chinese medicine composite treatmentes,and the control group was treated with the western medicine therapy,to observe their clinical materiales:the clinical curative effect, the alleviation of symptoms,the enhancing of the vision, the clinical course, the recurrence rate, the adverse reactions of the glucocorticoid. Result:The clinical research indicated that the treatment group has the significant difference compared with the control group in the the clinical curative effect, the alleviation of symptom, the enhancing of the vision, the recurrence rate and the adverse reactions of the glucocorticoid(P< 0.05). The treatment group surpasses the control group. The clinical courses of the two groups has not the significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:Treating uveitis with the traditional Chinese medicine composite treatmentes gets the good clinical effect.It enhances the clinical curative effect, alleviates the symptom of the uveitis, enhances the vision, reduces the recrudescence of the uveitis,and reduces the adverse reaction of the glucocorticoid. It was one kind of good method of treatment that is securite and effective.It has good compliance of the patients.It is a clinical application worth to be promoted.更多还原
